I've been using a very low end e-cig for a couple years now and was looking to step up. My wife found Cloudhunterz online and I'm very glad she did. We had a great experience with Jason when we went in. He asked explained everything I needed to know about what they carry, but he didn't do it in a way so that I felt stupid. He also asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for prior to recommending a product and juice, which is also very important to me. After we settled on everything I needed, he sat down with us and went over everything I'd need to know step by step. While you can get this stuff online, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and take the guess work out by doing their research and letting you sample the juices. The good: Moe, the owner, was super personable, friendly, and knowledgable. They have a really nice rewards program. The store is clean, and clearly he takes pride in what he does and the first time there, was able to recommend an amazing juice to me I'd never heard of and loved. They were running sales on Memorial Day when we came in. He generously gave us a sample of a cotton wick he thought my boyfriend might enjoy too. No tobacco products (I find this a plus). They are willing to add nicotine to any juice that they sell if they don't carry your strength. All these things ensure that at some point, I'll be back. The not so good: for the size of the store, they didn't seem to carry a lot of stock. There were 5-10 mods available for purchase and a modest few shelves of juice - the other store I frequent carries about 3 times as much stuff visible in a store that isn't any bigger. There wasn't anyone else there besides a cashier that barely made eye contact and didn't seem to know much or want to talk. it just wasn't really an atmosphere that makes you want to go out of your way to come here or stick around much longer than needed, I probably won't be a "regular." Moe is the star of the place for sure though and I'd come back just to chat with him and see what unique new juice he's found! read more

I've been a customer of theirs for almost a year now, and I can honestly say it's the best vape shop I've ever been to. Every time I go in, it's like they're seeing an old friend. Yesterday, I bought a juice off the clearance rack that I wasn't happy with, and they took the price I paid for it off of a new juice, emptied my tank of the bad stuff for me and hit it with the new juice until the flavor from the old one was gone. This place exceeds expectations as far as customer service goes. I can't say enough good things about the guys there. To top it all off, the person who runs the Facebook page gets back to you with any question you have very promptly, and is always so happy to help.
