so far awful experience- debit card was declined (apparently they have issues with debit cards…read moreaccording to their customer service). so I updated to my VISA, received an email saying it was declined- checked with my VISA account and not only was I charged, I was charged $40 more than my invoice. Call their customer service back and they said they would look into it. The following evening still no response from customer service however another attempt was made on the debit card to charge me again, this time for the correct amount. Who knows where this will end but most likely I will cancel my order tomorrow and dispute the charges to my VISA account for the $165.55 they charged me and claimed the funds were not received. what a mess. Great prices but they need to get their shit together. UPDATE - received an email, apparently updating my pay method created two orders - I'm learning but still not great in options to pay No PayPal and no debit cards, crazy. Update to a 3 star from 1 star - hope the pigments are worth it.

We ordered printmaking paper, paid half in advance, waited several weeks for delivery and then: 1) Half of the sheets we received were low quality and unusable. 2) The other half were high quality but incredibly expensive and not at all what we had ordered. To be fair, I have friends who bought watercolour paper and were delighted but our own experience was a disaster.
