I peeked at the wall of clubs and he immediately got into my personal space blocking my view with aggressive body language and manner dismissing me saying they were appointment only. I had an awesome experience that lifted some doubts about ever getting back to playing golf like I used to. I started playing again after a long hiatus. My fitter was Mario Kelso who was so positive and complementary about my potential. I was amazed that prior to the fitting I hit my 6 iron about 165-175. I was able to hit a new 6 iron with the correct shaft and head 190 yards with a smash factor of 1.41. My irons and shaft initial Smash factor was 1.21 I would highly recommend Mario if you schedule a club fitting in Naples. The next day I was more confident and had the best round of the season. Hands down the worst customer service in the custom fitting arena. If this is a corporate location, Joe Lee should be f**%# ashamed and embarrassed for the skill set of their fitters. In fact he'll be getting certified mail from me detailing how these chuckleheads fit clubs like amateur car salesmen. And when I asked them to stand behind their fitting and get me into something more appropriate they offered me $50 for the original +$2k plus I spent with them! Come on, $50 for 3 month old clubs. BUYER BEWARE. I went to CC 2 years ago, Dominic, nice guy, fit me for Honma irons 5-gap wedge, this plus 2 callaway wedges they charged me just over $2,800. I played 6 rounds with them and they were terrible. I came back because of the 90 day guarantee. They tried to fit me for PXG and I realised they are attempting to sell me the most expensive product. I ended up with Titleist irons and kept the Callaways I asked Josh about a credit because of the price difference and he told me no because the Honma irons were a used trade. I approached Jordon the manager about the issue and he said corporate didn't see a need to give me even the slightest refund. I said May be I should share my story, his reply no worries we are booked out for months. I don't typically do this but I've told this story many times and keep getting told to warn others. So good luck, maybe instead of overpriced equipment, try a lesson first. read more

I went to Club Champion in January 2019 to be fitted for clubs. I was paired with Dominick Hernandez as my professional fitter. We spent about 4+ hours going thru my clubs, swinging new clubs and seeing what what needed to improve my game. In the end Dominick only fitted/sold me 10 new clubs not all 14. My own 3 wood putter and a sand wedge all worked so he did not sell me on new ones thus saving me some money. My clubs arrived with in about 10 days made for my specs. I started using them and noticed how much better I hit the ball right away. As I kept using them, my scores kept getting better and my game improved noticeably. Not just by me but by others I golf with regularly. I play about 3 times a week since I retired, my handicap has gone from a 32 down to a 14. After six months Dominick suggested I come in and have him go over the clubs to see if the settings, lie had changed. This was all included has part of the total package at no extra costs. Dominick "tuned" up clubs, including a putter that I had purchased from him. It was not cheap but then again, my thought was how many times are you going to purchase new clubs in your life. The price I paid was well worth the quality of the clubs, fittings, service after the sale and most importantly how much better my game is now and how much more enjoyment I am getting out of using my new clubs.
