These guys are amazing!! They're pretty quick too especially with all of the work they have going on in the store it seems. I had some gnarley stains on my jacket which looked like it was going to be on there permanently but they took them out surprisingly! All of my clothes came out clean. I do not recommend this 2220 Herndon Ave Club Cleaners. The manager owner (as he said) was cocky, bossy and rude from the start. I thought he had a bad day. I made a request of no wash and only to press the pieces because all my pieces were clean/ home pre-washed and to make creases sharp. He returns several pieces with half the sleeves creased and half uncreased. He washed all the pieces and charged for it, He dry cleaned a piece against it's clear label instruction that stated do not dry clean, returning it with a wrinkly rippled like state (damaged). He slipped the piece between the other pieces. When I realized the state of the blouse, I went to ask what could he do to fix it, if he could please press the shirt at least. He denied everything and dismissed me. He must have written whatever he felt on his computer except for my request. Did not offer to fix the damage. Instead offered to charge me more for 4 other pieces I was to pick up. I could not find this Club Cleaners on BBB. read more

I had a big cleaning job to do at home because I had too many spiders. This was a month long project and just before the holiday I was seeing the finish line and knew I must get the drapes cleaned. They're custom drapes and not easily removed from the wall and their wooden box. When I called several 3-4 cleaners in the area, they either said they couldn't or wouldn't do drapes or wouldn't let me bring them in wrapped in their wooden shelf...The manager at Club Cleaners said they don't typically deal with drapes on a board but he said he'd "give me advice" if I showed him. I liked his can do attitude and eagerness to help. Then he got creative and proposed a fix that wouldn't put me in a more complex situation. Not only that-- he took the drapes (5 windows full) and said he'd have them done by the next day (before Christmas). As we unraveled the drapes a black widow popped out. As part of the service -- he killed this spider right there! My hero :) read more

The reason I first came was based off reviews and the fact that the Manager responds to the reviews (already means excellent service, they care) so it's my turn to say this place is incredible. Tried this cleaners because of reviews and location. They're prompt and do good work. However, if there are stains, you need to print them out. We had to bring a suit back to get the spots out. Once shown the spots, they got them out, which is great. My daughter had mustard stains on nice slacks which they were unable to get out. I don't know if they can be faulted for that or not. But we've been pleased with everything else. read more

Rude staff and more expensive than most. I was at their facility at 855 and 3rd in line. They have in in by 9 and out by 5. They told me wouldn't be ready until next day after 5. I have my ticket that reads I was there at 0902. I only use them because they are close to my house. I will drive the extra quarter mile. read more

They did a great job removing the grease from my jacket in one day. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is because their window display was misleading. They state "In by 9 am, out by 5pm", then right under it says "Alterations". I came back the next day for an alteration, but they don't do it onsite, and definitely not in one day. read more

Let me just start of by saying If I could I would give this place more stars because they are that amazing. From the very beginning of bringing my items in to get dry cleaned I was welcomed with great customer service and professionalism. Carl the manager of this location is just an awesome, over the top, and hardworking person who truly cares about the satisfaction of all customers that come through the door. You get a sense that all the workers here have a good idea of the exact process that goes on when dry cleaning, but Carl's knowledge goes above and beyond. Carl is very knowledgeable in the process of dry cleaning as well as all the different cleaning solutions and methods that you can use to tackle a certain fabric, stain, or even smell. I took in a king size comforter to get cleaned and Carl knew exactly how to properly treat the material to leave it flawless and clean. He explained to me that they try to always take out any stains that you point out to them when you drop off if needed, and they truly do put in there best efforts to tackle stains using as many cleaning solutions and methods as possible. They honestly deserve more praise and appreciation for all the behind he scenes work they put into trying to leave everything as clean as humanly possible(we as customers have to realize that not all stains can be repaired even with something as great as dry cleaning ). I will definitely keep coming back here as I see no need to go anywhere else. Wether you're looking for a fair priced, efficient service, or excellent cleaning of your clothes or households this is the place to go. I was not happy with them. First, they're kind of pricey. Second, I brought a suit to them that had gotten fairly dirty at a celebration. It had food on it. After it was dry cleaned, it still had food stuck to it; it was now dried. I was able to remove the food with a Tide Stick. But I shouldn't have had to do so. read more
