The owner and staff trainers have been incredibly supportive of everyone's fitness and their goals. They're all just a great group of professionals! The classes are challenging and addictive and always dynamically different each week. The week is distributed with classes targeting the same muscle groups on a weekly basis. Lots of classes are offered each day, and signing up for classes is super easy using their app. I really like the consistency they've upheld over the last three years. They also offer personal training packages and open gym rates which I would recommend if you are considering that. The classes are easily set up for all experience and skill levels to ensure you'll meet you're individual goals. Whether it's weight lost, muscle gain, recovery, you name it. I've seen so many fellow members reach amazing goals and transformations. We're all very supportive of each other too. Crystal was motivating and friendly. Looks like there is some turnover currently with coaches so some times are canceled until more coaches are trained up.

The massage chairs are always super clean and work really well. I also appreciate how clean the locker room is, and that there is a sauna available for women only. That makes me so much more comfortable and prone to use that surface. I feel like this gym in general is super inclusive, and cultivate spaces for different personalities. I enjoy the dark room, where they always play a movie. It makes my workout feel more private, & helps me regulate when I'm feeling overstimulated. I also like the outdoor weight area. It's never as crowded as the indoor area. I also like that you can feel the fresh air while working out.

Certain staff are clearly homophobic. Aria [overnight staff] has made threats to call police with no foundation whatever. Other staff issues surround Mariana and Astrid. I made an inquiry into 'staff friendliness' and about 'freezing my account' and was told a member would reach out to address the issue within 48 hours. More than 5 days passed with no resolution and my account was frozen without notice. I had to speak--cumbersomely I might add--to Christian [GM], and two other staff members before issues were adequately addressed.
