Jacie and Amy are amazing. So helpful and understanding. I only canceled my membership because of the waitlists and the cost.

I'm a dude and so I'm pretty wary of super female oriented anything. So this place was s total…read moresurprise. I thought I would walk in to a place that sold yoga pants and pushed ideology like "Get your Pilates Body!!!" and "this one's a good cellulite killer". But to my complete shock, this was mainly all about movement education. Now, let me clear about that: It can be a VERY hard workout. It can also be about prepping your muscles and unwinding stupid patterns I've gotten myself into so that I can do what used to come easily for me. Let me give you my best example out of MANY: I started having MAJOR lower back pain. Out of the blue. It went on for several weeks. And so I went in and told my instructor and she did a deliberately slow and thoughtful analysis of my movement, when things irritated me, when movement soothed me. And she finally said, "There's basically nothing wrong with your back. But your hips are SUPER tight." And I was like, "What's that got to do with my back?" (I didn't vocalize this) And so she gave me a bunch homework and movement I was required to do at home. Let me pause here to say, I'm a 32 year old dude, with no injuries or weight problems or limitations in my mobility. IF you saw me, you would think I was healthy and in shape. Now, after a week of this homework for my hips, my back started to feel less strain. Then after two to three weeks, I only felt the pain in the mornings. Then after a month, it was completely gone. Then I stopped doing the homework . . . and guess what . . . it all came back. So, take that for what it's worth. I've lost 10 lbs and I'm also constantly realizing how much more fluidly I live my life. Bending down to pick up a shoe used to be a stretch for me. Not anymore. Neck and shoulder pain plagued me in my early 20's when I sat at a computer desk all day. That's been gone for over a year now. I feel younger and more agile than I did 10 years ago. And I can see it in other people that they are not taking any time to maintain and repattern their movements as they get into their 30's --- so I expect to see a lot of my friends getting surgery when they honestly just need to be moving with the gifted instructors at this studio.

Core Pilates never fails to give me a good workout, I leave feeling accomplished after every class. This type of Pilates studio is great for those who are more intermediate/advanced in their Pilates practice, but they also have classes for beginners who may be trying out Pilates for the first time. The teachers also always give modifications for exercises if you have any injuries/alignment issues. Also can I just say that this is one of the cutest Pilates studios too!?! The atmosphere is very light, airy, and comforting. The environment makes the classes even more enjoyable. I love all the pink

The class was full but the instructor did a great job of walking around and making sure we were doing the exercises correctly. She did some of the more complicated moves so we could follow her. I've done Pilates several times and have enjoyed it but this one was really full body. We did some exercises where you had to think to keep all your arms and legs doing the correct things. I liked that. Its good to use your mind too. The exercises weren't too long so very doable. This class had people of every age in it. I think that's another reason I liked it. There was also a man in the class. It's a great workout so I don't know why more men don't come. I will be going back.

Some might say it was bold, but I was anxious for change after three kids and sitting at a plateau in weight loss post-40, tired of 'diets' and running (which was killing my knees) to try and fit into my previous clothes. One year later and I have lost 15 pounds & 3 dress sizes (without excessive dieting), strengthened my core to a point where I have little to no back pain anymore, have improved my balance, and can even feel a noticeable difference in my pickleball game as I am stronger in my movements and form. I'm also on track to complete the Platinum Challenge for 2024! Their four types of classes and multiple class-times each day makes it easy to plan out every unique week based on what works with your schedule through their easy to use app. Every workout is unique which keeps it fun and creates new challenges as you work on your own personal goals and form. I can't say enough positive things about how amazing the instructors & staff are here as well as the incredible community. Everyone is so positive and encouraging and I feel so grateful to be a part of it!
