The classes here are also very expensive, and I'm not willing to pay higher prices if I don't love it. I never knew backbends and handstands could feel so good. I love going to the classes here so much, I volunteered to build the website (in exchange for some classes) just to make sure the word got out into the community. Charlotte, the main instructor, has traveled the globe honing her skills as a yoga teacher. Classes range from restorative yoga for people with health conditions, to general yoga directed to beginners and intermediate level students, and power yoga (or advanced) for students who have been practicing for some time. Zoe was super welcoming and we were ready for our class. The inside of the class was dark with nice mood lighting. Throughout the class they planned calm music but current things like hozier. The class was rejuvenating but definitely quick because it's a flow. I was struggling sometimes but was able to pick up the next pose. At the end you get a cold lavender towel and it was so refreshing. I would definitely take a class here again!
