The class itself was in a heated room to around 98 degrees and lasted around 75 minutes. The staff were all really friendly and the facilities were clean. Matts and towels were available for rent for those that do not have their own. Vinyasa itself is a class that includes smooth transitions between poses and I definitely felt more used to them towards the end. As this is my second time doing yoga and the first time doing heated yoga, this will be my standard going forward. I have no issues with any of the instructions or the facilities. Everything came to $19.50 which is lower than the $20/class that I see on their website. I will definitely be coming back next time I am in the area.

I was nervous about the heat but once I relaxed it all came back. It has been a while since I practiced but the community classes on Sunday's are a great way to ease yourself back in. The studio is the perfect balance of calm and accepting. I had never been to this studio but several friends had & have nothing but great things to say . The staff seem really great are helpful and Accommodating. Though only my second community class I think i will make this a part of my weekly routine. Community class is donation based and proceeds go to a different charity or charitable cause monthly. It's a great way to give back and grab up some zen. Namaste

I've always loved Salsa, but now my interest in Bachata has been piqued as well. Do yourself a favor and try Sensual Bachata! Julie is a particularly great coach! She is always pushing and challenging me. Even when I am not sure of my abilities, she strives to get more out of me. This personalization is what I've always wanted and that other schools are lacking. In addition to the dance instruction, Julie is a blast to work with and we laugh the entire lesson. I'm learning so much, getting in a great workout, and having a great time while doing it! I highly recommend Salsa in the Suburbs and all it has to offer for your dancing desires.

I'd been to classes at another venue before, and while I enjoyed those classes, I do appreciate the different levels they have at Salsa in the Suburbs. They structure the classes well so that you can put together a routine by the time you finish up a course. The instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We went to one of the later classes in the series, so we needed some clarification on a part of the routine that we had missed in prior classes. One of the instructors, Craig, was great about showing us what we had missed and helping us both get it right. He didn't just show us what we had asked about; he asked us to do the entire routine to make sure we understood it all, which was great. I'm looking forward to attending the rest of the classes in this series as well as the higher-level classes.

The space is clean and bright and Zina is very welcoming, as are most of the teachers. I would say that compared to the other circus studios I've practiced at, this is geared more towards beginners. If you're used to climbing 12' in the air and doing drops, these classes may seem a little easy, but if you're just getting into fitness or if you have mobility issues, Zina can help you find a class that suits your needs. I especially recommend the bungee classes. They are super fun and an intense cardio workout. It takes a few classes for the harness to feel less pinchy, so stick with it.
