Super friendly and welcoming studio. Yesterday was my first time here. Due to Club Pilates booked up reservations at the location near my home this one tends to have more availability. I took the core strength class which focuses on an area I am looking to approve. The instructor who is a male ballet dancer and theatre background made the class fun. Definitely felling the results. I have been going to this studio since November 2022 and really loved it during my time there! All of the instructors are different but wonderful in their own way! It really helped me improve upon my flexibility, endurance and core strength! It's more challenging than you think it is! I loved combining their Center and Balance class with a Reformer Flow 1 class. The app is user friendly and I definitely recommend pre-booking since the classes fill up quickly. With that being said, the waitlists also clear relatively quick too! Ultimately I chose to cancel because of the cost. As a heads up, when cancelling they charge you another $200 (or whatever you are billed monthly) and then you have another additional days to use the studio. Another option is to be billed $100 for an immediate cancellation. I was disappointed when learning their cancellation policy, but understand why it exists. With that being said, I would still recommend the studio though to anyone who wants to try Pilates. Just keep the cancellation policy in mind! read more

I've been a member at Club Pilates for over a year now and I've really enjoyed working out here. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and always around to answer any questions I had about the logistics of my membership (which was the unlimited package). The studio also has a very flexible freeze membership option which I really appreciated when I had to get surgery. I've taken classes with almost all of the teachers and they're all wonderful but my favorite two are Cindy (her cardio sculpt class is a killer workout!) and Kallie. read more

They don't tell you that you have to give them a 30 day notice to cancel. We've already paid for three months and only went once. They make it sound easy to freeze or cancel your membership, don't bother wasting your money. Still waiting for Ana to send us our cancellation forms. It suppose to be a month to month membership never informed of any contract. read more

Having the same problem as others. I've canceled my membership and confirmed with Cameron. They charged me again for another month. I hope I hear from them tomorrow or will be doing a chargeback and writing a review on Better Business Bureau. I heard from them and they quickly rectified the situation! I have never tried Pilates on the equipment only on the mat in the past, so I honestly felt intimidated when I walked in, but Sierra the club manager made me feel so comfortable right away. I took a FREE beginner class today to just get familiar with the equipment, and the terminology. I absolutely loved it! I don't remember the instructors name, but she was so helpful & patient. At the end of class Sierra explained how the membership works, and the phone app info. It was very easy to set up. I can't wait to take my second class. You do need to purchase socks with grip on the bottom ahead of time, or they can be purchased up front. They offer a small selection of clothing too. read more

I would give fewer stars if I could. The staff was lovely, but the owners are unconscionable. I joined for a brief while and ultimately cancelled my membership. Apparently there was a change in management/ownership about the time I cancelled so there was some confusion and a mistake was made and my card continued to be charged. I didn't notice immediately as I was recovering from cancer treatment and had too much on my plate. When I did notify them, even though they had record of the calls and even most of the text content from that conversation to verify what I was telling them, they told me it was my fault that I hadn't noticed sooner and they were only returning 3 mos of the year's charges they took from me. They also had record of the fact that I had never set foot in the studio after the day I called to cancel and had my cancellation confirmed. They took thousands of dollars for services never rendered and were rude about it too. If you do decide to do business with this unscrupulous establishment, get everything in writing and get copies of it and be prepared to have to take them to court to enforce any agreement. read more

I am so very grateful to Club Pilates, Arcadua. for running their business astutely, professionally, and with the care of their staff and members in mind during Covid 19 and always. We are soooo happy to be open again, so we can tend to our health and fitness!!! They made sure to do it at the right time to not compromise their members as well as use an innovative strategy to result in opening their doors to FITNESS. Especially during this challenging time for all of us, I am so happy to be able to channel my challenges into PILATES. It is incredibly therapeutic and quick results. I came in for their free class they offered. They sold me a package. When they sold me it I felt like I was at a car dealership. They cornered me and read very fast through the specifics. I didn't really pay attention since she was looking on the computer and saying the system was lagging. I had a hip injury 2 years ago and it's been flaring up as of lately. I tell the manager I want to cancel my membership after a couple weeks and I'm told I'm not aloud to for 3 months. So they want me to pay them 3 payments of 169$. I wouldn't mind if I was able to do it but I feel like this is a bad business practice. I was told I can only freeze my account until I am able to fulfill my agreement. It's a crappy business model. Definitely has turned my mind sour to Pilates. So every 2-3 months they try to auto debit my account until I talk to the manager. It's crap. Beware!!! read more

Love this place. The staff is great. The classes are challenging but you are never pushed beyond your capabilities. The instructors are very knowledgeable and are able to work with any limitations you may have. I feel better. My strength and balance are much improved,my posture is improved and I feel great. I was very excited about the idea of an affordable Pilates option. The intro class was great, everyone was really friendly and helpful. Everything thing was great until my work schedule changed and I was unable to make it to the prepaid classes. I didn't think anything about it until I was ready to book a session and to my surprise, the prepaid sessions had expired! While everyone was being so helpful at sign-up, they failed to mention that the classes did not carry forward. If they had I'm 1000% sure I wouldn't have made the commitment. Four of the 8-10 credits were restored because I had no idea about this asinine policy, but I basically gave away almost 200 dollars. To top it off, I have been on the app and website for the past 2 hours trying to figure out how to cancel the membership. read more

Just started here, I'm a newbie to Pilates and today was my second ever class. I am really loving it! I tried a boot camp last year and can honestly say every single muscle (many I didn't know I had) feel more "worked out" doing this than they ever did doing that. And bonus, no joint pain! This is my favorite pilates studio. I always get an amazing full body workout. The instructors are great and the studio is high-end with brand new reformer machines. It's a more relaxing, enjoyable experience than going to the gym. read more

I have to admit of being skeptical about these new Pilates studios, as they are not your standard studio. This studio uses the reformer based classes that are popping up all over the valley. I was interested in getting back into practice after having back surgery in 2016 and was interested to see one of these studios, I came in to check it out. After the initial tour, you can take a free intro class, which can be a little misleading if you think the workout is mostly just laying on the reformer. This workout kicks your butt. After a brief warmup, you are guided through a series of exercises that will have your core screaming for more.. Danielle, Jen and Carrie are great. Been at it for @6 months and love all the classes. Just a side note, there are different levels/tiers classes (1,1.5 &2) you should start from 1 if you are new or just getting back into Pilates. See you on the reformer.. read more
