They never sent out notifications of their new set of rules, or notifications that you could put your contract on hold until the end of August, because if I was notified, I obviously would have put my account on hold. So instead of an apology for an obvious mistake on their end, they proceeded to lecture me about what's on the news and Facebook and what people are talking about, which was pointless because this is about them as a business not notifying me of changes made to my contract, yet they also told me "Your contract is your responsibility"... but isn't it there responsibility as a business to notify me of changes made to my contract..?! So, because I said I wasn't going to go back and forth about it and to just put it on hold, apparently that's 'demanding', and they went as low as to look up the last time I was there and say "You haven't been here for 3 months and you wanna act pissed now because you can't come lol." followed by "I'm not the bad guy here" ...to my shock...I didn't know there was a bad guy.....that was 100% unprofessional and not okay, and I think they knew they were in the wrong, so they deleted the comment before I could screenshot it. I will never spend another penny at this establishment or any 30minhit.

He was never informed the equipment did not belong to the gym. The owner refused to cancel the remaining months on the membership without penalty even though the equipment was downgraded / removed and not replaced in a timely manner. When he was served with a cease and desist, he was aggressive and used gaslighting tactics instead of being professional and reasonable. I would stay away.

I felt pretty disappointed because they did not mention anything to me. Lady barely spoke english. I only noticed the wounds after I washed my pet that afternoon. I immediately called the veterinarian and had my pet examined and he confirmed eye infection that required drops and antibiotic creme for his wounds cost me additional $80.00. I will never go back there! Don't believe the pictures on the website it does not look like that when you arrive there, place smells of chemicals, animals in cages in the reception area urine under cage. Lesson learned. I hope my pet is not traumatized from this ordeal.

This is particularly…read morepersonal to me because my whole family have been members of the YMCA Guy Favreau community since 2000. Good: There is wheelchair assistance available around the facility, from the stairs to the swimming pool. This gym has one of the cleanest pools I've ever been to! There is a strong community vibe here, everyone is welcomed here no matter the age. They have open court badminton and ping pong tables available on weekends so you can just show up and play with others. The lockers are spacious, clean, pretty standard. It even has a jacuzzi and sauna room too! This gym has 3 badminton courts available to be reserved by members of the gym. Bad: some equipment are a bit dated, but it's not the end of the world since I'm not into weight training anyways. Bottom line: if you enjoy playing badminton or are new to the gym scene, this is the least intimidating environment you'll ever be in.
