Our room was the suite too which by the way the jacuzzi is disgusting and we wore sandals the whole time we showered. We complained everyday and it took them 4 days into our stay to fix the shower head and the door. The WiFi did not work at all. When room service would clean our room they always forgot to either leave new towels and to put bags in the trash cans for trash after the dirty bags were removed. Every single employee blamed another for the problems. The women in charge never did anything to fix the issues. There was only one person at night that was an elderly man that was very polite and would tell us the problems the hotel had and why. On the 5th night we needed new towels and one of the employees had us wait an hour till they dried only to find out that there was no towels because the dryer was broken. Over all I would never recommend this place at all for the prices either it is not with it. Spanish translation- El peor lugar de su servicio es horrible. Solo había una persona por la noche que era un hombre mayor que era muy educado y nos contaba los problemas que tenía el hotel y por qué. La 5a noche necesitábamos toallas nuevas y uno de los empleados nos hizo esperar una hora hasta que se secaran solo para descubrir que no había toallas porque la secadora estaba rota. Sobre todo, nunca recomendaría este lugar por los precios tampoco.

Situated with a beautiful view of el Lago de Tonalá , under a beautiful Palapa, it makes you enjoy the fine well cooked dishes , I personally enjoyed the 2 hours that we spend sitting there ! Surrounded by beautiful landscapes from the spa and hotel is really beautiful Customer service was always very friendly and we tried their recommendations about dishes . The rooms are very nice, there is a good size work our room, and there is also a hotel bar and restaraunt on premise. Not need to leave for dinner. Another great benefit is just outside of the airport exit is an Oxxo. You can go get all of your drinks and snacks for your room. This place is just perfect for those traveling by themselves that like the added security of being at the airport. I will definitely stay at this location on my next trip. We found the place empty with only two rooms occupied. The second night we where the only ones in the entire place. The morning of Thursday we where told that some thing had happened and they could not serve us our breakfast as ordered, I figured it was not of value to them to have the cook come in to make breakfast for just us. The following day there was lots of rain and rain entered the room (208) and it wet a number of items in the room, including a decorative pillow. The staff did not catch the pillow drenched in water nada the pillow was placed on the bed. We arrived late and found the all beddings where wet. We asked for help to have it all changed and Fernando was very helpful and handled it in the most respectful manner. The following day we decided we where going to have dinner in the Hotels out door dining area. We where told the kitchen closed at 7pm, via phone and via text. When we arrived I had to ask the server for the menu and that's when she mentioned the kitchen being closed. I was upset! That was strike 3! I'm in the service industry and one of the most important things when managing a team is communication. I see a lack of communication with this team and management. Also, management never stepped in to afford an apology or a conversation. We will probably give Thai place a send change but till then 2 stars.
