So easy to reach and they answered all my questions. Looking forward to spending next winter there!
Just wow. I love this place. Booked one night just to make sure it was on the up and up, and booked a month the following day. By day three I was already on a first name basis with the awesome staff. The power: As stated by many, I do sense that the power may fluctuate (I have my own power system so that's not an issue for me), but this is Mexico, you should expect this. The Internet: I'm in a place where it's hard to stay connected, I'm sure if I moved it would be resolved, and when I'm connected I get a CONSISTENT 10mbs down. It's just enough to stream video content. Welcome to Mexico. I highly doubt any of these issues are resort a issue. This is a small town and the Mexican infrastructure is not stable. What they do have control over, they do very well. The grounds are maintained meticulously. The staff is super friendly and they know customer service. They are pros! That said, English is hard to come by ... but that's a me problem, not theirs. I'm in their country, I should know the dialect. Bathrooms have TOIELT PAPER (rare), the laundry is FREE (unheard of stateside) and the pools are in great (Mexican) shape! Five stars! read more

This has got to be the best RV park in Mexico. A lot of very nice sites, all with full hookup. Shade or sun, take your pick. We are here for a few months, as are many others. It is like a resort, with two swimming pools (one warm, one cool). Also has tennis and volleyball courts, and soccer fields. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They have steam rooms on the weekends. It is about 20 km (45 minutes with all the topes ) from Ajijic. We love it here. Bring your surge protecter, this is Mexico. The electricity is fairly steady during daytime, but surges frequently at night. read more

This place has so much potential, and yet is being run and managed so horribly, that I would NEVER recommend this RV park to even my worst enemy. If you park near the soccer field your RV will get hit by soccer balls, and they may even have to slide under your RV to get them out again. Weekends are insane cuz that's when all the local tenters come, set up camp and play their music loudly, filthy up the pools, splash water everywhere if you're in a pool when they are, and leave litter EVERYWHERE, even in the water. The Thermal pool is drained every night and refilled by the morning, but by noon it is yellow due to all the children peeing in it. And none of the management gives a damn! Expect the crazy loud leaf blower to come around every week and blow dust into your RV windows or tent - and no matter how much you tell the Manager about what's going on, he doesn't care. The bathrooms are dirty almost all the time, as are lots of the tables around the big cool pool. You're lucky if you're in a spot that gets a good wi-fi signal. And on, and on, and on. Give it a miss, it's not worth paying their over-rated prices! read more

Pretty much everything these folks promise you when signing up is bogus! The only thing you pay for is a nice lake view. If you are in an rv, you may have water or you may not, you may have internet or you may not, you may have electricity or their electricity may blow your system. If you are camping and looking for a fun yet peaceful place, forget it! Their bathrooms are gross and full of spiders and earwigs, the camp areas are teeming with spiders and other creepy crawlies and their security consists of one guy. the pool water is dirty and filled with bugs. Their "snack bar" sucks and consists of mexican dishes only that are lacking in hygienic preparation-eat at your own risk. I went camping there one night after i was promised family atmosphere and peaceful relaxation-never happened! They allowed a group of partiers to blast their boombox all night long to horrible rap music and the partiers cursing...didn't get a wink of rest. Save your money, don't believe their hype and go elsewhere. Trust me, this place is extremely over-rated. And their management is even worse, I politely attempted to get a partial refund of a membership after my night of hell and they blew me off because I advised them (at their request) of what I had gone through. Do yourself a favor and seek alternate camping/rv arrangements. read more
