This is a great bank and the staff really are the ones who make it so. They are always nice and…read morefriendly and the best thing is when you ring the branch and you actually speak to someone in THAT branch which is a rarity these days. The branch is well laid out on one level and there is a cashpoint outside too. The branch offers a wide range of financial services from mortgages to loans and queries are dealt with efficiently. The Customer Service is excellent ten out of ten.
