I feel extremely lucky to have stumbled upon this obgyn. I started developing weird symptoms and abnormal bleeding on the flight to Mexico-I was freaking out internally and it was extremely difficult to find an English speaking doctor online. It was also difficult to make same day appointments in general.
Without knowing the severity of the situation, Dr. Manuel Loria Casanova (great name) accepted my last minute appointment (as in, I walked in) and was attentive and kind the entire time. He was very careful and extremely thorough. In fact, he went out of his way to schedule a phone check up with me after the initial 24 hours to monitor my progress. It was incredible.
This is not all. I walked here thinking that the most I could do was schedule an appointment, so I didn't bring enough cash(remember to do so). I said I can leave the prescription with him and come back to pay and get it later. He handed me the prescription, gave me a hug, and said that he'll see me later. Best doctor ever?! read more
