They were supposed to detail vacuum clean the whole house carpet before shampoo clean. However they seemed to skip vacuum clean the 2 kid's bedrooms and do a quick over clean throughout the rest of the carpet area and then jumped into shampoo clean. The result is horrible, the living room have many stain spots and the 2 kid's bedrooms have debris at the corners by the wall. They didn't even bother to clean the kitchen. The kitchen floor and inside oven were left untouched. This is the worst $450 deep cleaning I've ever seen. I doubt they even spent the whole 8 hours in my house, most likely they picked up another job somewhere else while on the clock since I wasn't present to oversee the cleaning. I came home from work and pay them in the evening which was a big mistake. Should have inspect the whole house before hand over $450 cash. I thought they should be fine since my neighbor recommends them. I'll never use them again and you guys out there be aware, those company with a nice website is a trap.
