Then when he finally pulled my car out he tried to free up the steering wheel and the key in the process he broke my ignition cylinder. My car no longer as an on position and now won't lock because the computer thinks the keys are still in the ignition. When I called to report the issue this driver answered. When I told him I had an issue and he got all defensive saying that my car was already broken and my cylinder was like that. And he said, I quote, "all due respect I'm not the idiot that drove it in the ditch." If your drivers can't be calm and collect in a situation where people already are upset, frustrated, or hurt. Then don't send them because they just make the situation worse.

The man at the front desk was so kind and promptly asked one of his mechanics to come out and take a look. The mechanic was amazing and kind and messed with the latch a bit and got it to work! He mentioned how it can get rusty and to WD40 it to avoid this in the futures. Quick, easy and so helpful. I contacted them, took if it in for them to do and initial inspection & take pictures. They said no problem and made my appointment for 6 days later. After the truck sitting at their shop for another 5 days they called me and said they don't have anybody qualified to work on aluminum body vehicles. Ford F150 trucks have been aluminum since 2015. There is no excuse good enough to account for my unnecessary inconvenience and 11 days of waisted time. on top of that, it looked like they wiped all the dry erase inspection markings off with mud puddle water and left weather stripping dragging on the ground when they brought me the truck.
