It was latching but not fully closing. Realized this mid errands and panicked and looked for the shop closest to me with the best reviews. I came into B&B Automotive in a panic. The man at the front desk was so kind and promptly asked one of his mechanics to come out and take a look. The mechanic was amazing and kind and messed with the latch a bit and got it to work! He mentioned how it can get rusty and to WD40 it to avoid this in the futures. Quick, easy and so helpful. Often, as a woman, I get talked down to or ripped off at places like this but I was treated with so much kindness and respect. Would highly recommended.

They did a through diagnostic found out I had a spark plug issue. They kept my truck for a few days still testing it for the start up issue I had. Truck is running great now.
