When I went in there recently they had patches of fake grass around that store which makes a nice change from your standard phone store. What I also like about this store is the fact that when you walk in you do not instantly get badgered and constantly asked by sales assistants can I help you a million times over, I really hate it when the sales men do this, so because of this reason this is by far the best store for that reason alone. You can buy phones from here for £20 up to the apple iphone, contract phones and pay as you go phones.

After today i cannot speak highly enough of Apple Milton Keynes and in particular Alex, who served my sister with courtesy, care and moved on the repair of her MacBook so swiftly and fully, that my sister was in tears. She had felt so let down, and she now felt like she had been heard and understood. the broken machine had caused her a lot of stress, as had being told she was responsible for problems when she wasn't (she did take responsibility for the one thing she had caused). i really want to thank and acknowledge Alex and the store for their assistance today. i assume from this that that there is a culture of great service to customers at this store.

Maybe I would give them 5 stars if not the experience after purchasing iPhone 4. After few visits in store and throughout the investigation they finally replaced my phone. If you can not make or take calls (freely) through your new Iphone who should find the reasons? It sounded a little bit funny when they asked me to take notes when the phone disconnects my calls - especially since I use this phone for business calls. So final rating is service - 3 shop - 5 .

The crack was in the enamel, not the framework. I dont know if you know this, but the force required to put a crack in steel 3mm thick would have mangled the framework completley, never mind leaving a crack in the frame. The phone is virtually useless to me now and they wouldn't refund me the full cash amount. The manager was rude and didn't keep their composure. So now i'm stuck with a phone which can't be unlocked because it's original carrier can't be determined all because they didn't test the phone correctly. I was very upset. If you are completely non techy and dont know anything about phones and want to be walked through the whole process these are the people that will do it for you! They are very helpfull and seem to know what it is they are talking about.

Oh my god i can not express enough how much i absolutely hate going into these phone shops…read more once me and my boyfriend went in just to browse because he wanted to see if there were any phones he wanted next, well the second we walked through the door we had someone ask us if we were ok and could they help us, we politely replied no thanks we are just looking and before you know it another one asks if we are ok and can they help us, by this point we looked at each other but carried on looking then a few seconds later another sales man asks at this point we reply no thnks and we walk out.# We cant stand shops that do this and why they tell them to keep asking if your alright and can they help you, if i needed any assistance i would ask myself.
