Some of the LED lights on the fixture are starting to flicker, and I simply asked them if this is a problem with the led lights, the transformer, or something else so that I can try and troubleshoot it. After taking about 48 hours to respond each time I sent a new email, they finally said that they can't help me at all because I didn't buy the fixture directly from them. I wasn't asking for a replacement, but I did expect that the company that built the product would have an answer to my question.
