Several arrangements, I feel bad about, have been last minute - Cindi was gracious and accommodating every single time and every single one was a masterpiece! I am so happy to have found this shop considering I am in Alaska and trying to order a floral delivery the week of Valentine's Day. My grandpa passed in February many years ago, and a couple years after that my grandma passed on Valentine's Day- you know, so she could be with him on that special day. I wanted a bouquet or an arraignment delivered to the grave site, and after confirming with Tahoma National Cemetery that it would be ok, I messaged this business. Cindi messaged back right away and I called her within an hour for more information. She was the sweetest on the phone, so helpful and explained what she could do in my price range including delivery. Happened to be less than I thought! The flowers were delivered the next day (a day before Valentine's Day which was actually perfect) and brought to the grave site. They honestly can do any sort of arrangement... when I first met with them for my consultation they had designed these spinning, white Disney centerpieces with flowers. They were so cool! Cindi was very easy to work with and understands that people are on a budget, she doesn't try to upsell you the, which makes the process very easy and more relaxing. We decided on doing small vases at every table with a Variety of flowers, something simple but kind of eclectic. Cindi saved the day! I had called another florist two days prior. They said they would need to charge me an additional $20 to deliver to Des Moines, Wa which was on top of the $80 I already paid. The arrangement was to brighten someone's spirits that had just been released from the hospital. Unfortunately the other florist never delivered the flowers. I was so upset and set out to find a new florist on a Sunday with same day delivery now that two days had past since the time they were to be delivered. So Sunday morning at 9 am when I reached out to CMS Floral Design Cindi could not have been nicer said she could deliver flowers the same day. She also said she would make sure they were extra special understanding how upset I was having been let down by another florist. I heard from the person who received the flowers that CMS delivered. CMS Floral Design was able to turn our wedding vision into magical reality. It was wonderful to work with Cindi & her mom throughout the planning process. We had the most beautiful arbor for the ceremony not to mention all the table settings, accents, etc. The venue didn't have a lot of natural flowers and CMS Floral filled the place with tons of life and color. Our guests were in complete awe with all the floral arrangements. They even accommodated making a floral wreath for our puppy to wear in photos@ CMS Floral was on time, organized, full of energy, and genuinely excited and honored to be a part of our special day. They came early for set up & waited until our wedding was done to take everything away (we had a 2 day gig going - wedding was Saturday until 1am and then we had a Sunday Brunch send off which they waited for all our guests to leave so we can reuse the floral arrangements for brunch as well before clean up). I highly recommend them to anyone - not only for weddings, but she also does custom floral arrangements for Valentines, birthday presents, special occasions, anything really! I consider myself extremely lucky that Cindi with CMS Floral was available to arrange flowers for my wedding when I called less than 3 months in advance of the wedding date. Cindi is helpful, creative, and reasonably priced. She designed & created the bouquet of my dreams after asking me just a few questions and showing me different flowers in various colors to get my opinion of them. The maid of honor & bridesmaid's bouquets coordinated with my bouquet on a smaller scale exceptionally well. The simple, elegant boutonnieres for my groom and his groomsmen were perfect. She designed three arrangements for my head table that were amazing. When she found out I wanted to do my center pieces myself, she bent over backwards helping me design three different centerpieces, provided the flowers I would need for one of the designs, rented out some of the hardware I needed, and told me where I could inexpensively purchase the rest. I cannot recommend CMS Floral enough. Five stars are definitely not enough! read more

Cindi and her crew did an amazing job! They did the full floral design at our wedding and designed the sofreye aghd as well. They went above and beyond our expectations and delivered only the very best that you see in the most exquisite of weddings. She was able to work within our budget yet still deliver amazing results. All we had to do is give a ball park idea of what we wanted it, Cindi made it happen. The sofreye aghd which is a centerpiece for Persian weddings was more beautifully arranged than the basic Persian wedding and had quite a royal and grand presentation. I met with Cindi several months before my wedding and she came to our meeting with all of her floral books and pictures to show off her work. I loved that she really wanted my vision to come true. The day before the wedding she emailed me a picture of my bouquet and I was almost in tears, it was so beautiful! She knew what I wanted even though I didn't.
