I have setup their smallest antenna in Long Beach, CA and get tons of channels, have setup their smallest antenna on a Houseboat at Kathrine's Landing on Lake Mohave and get stations from Kingman, AZ & Las Vegas, NV and then setup their larger antenna on a house 11 miles east of Flagstaff, AZ and get stations from two different locations. I must say I do use a signal booster as I am sending to multiple TV's and now and then the stations do go down do to the weather as the problem is not on my end but from snow on the towers in the Flagstaff location, but with their antenna I get way more stations than what was available before with the antenna that Denny's Antenna Service recommended.

The inept female salesperson screwed up my entire account. She didn't have a clue what she was doing. Charging me for insurance I didn't want, 2 phones I don't have, screwing up my $600 purchase. The male salesperson told me he would call me on a specific date to check on my account and he failed to do so. The male manager "C" was rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. It's been 2 months now and I still am out over $700 plus being charged monthly for a phone I payed for. "C" should be fired. The WORST customer service.
