I called about tires and was recommended Continentals. When I checked the specs I found they were not highly rated for winter driving. So I picked another tire. The system said it would be delivered to the store the next day. I called to ask if it could be installed. Salesman looked it up and Told YES, no problem, but I could get the Continentals the same day. I explained I was looking for better winter driving. I ordered the Discount tires I wanted for $200 more than at Tire Rack--Insurance cost difference. Expensive tires--insurance needed. Next day at 2pm I called, and was told tires would not be in until next week. I asked to cancel. I was told I could have the Continentals immediately. I explained I needed All-Season with very good winter ratings, I'm from upstate NY and the car would be there in the winter. He still either didn't understand or was hard programed for Continental. So that began a 5 minute HARD sale on Continentals, pretending not to hear me say to cancel the tires I purchased ($1500) from Discount tires the night before. Finally he said ok. Then I get a call from the original person I spoke to who tired to sell me again (yes this was #3). Told me there are only 1 tire in the warehouse of what I wanted, so they would have to be ordered. Who told you this and that. Anyway after another 10 minutes of VERY annoying back and forth he agreed to cancel my order. If you are good with being lead by the nose and being nicely sold on a tire because you don't care what you get, then I recommend. My experience--reinforces why I order ON-LINE from Tire Rack and get what I want without ANY Hassles.

They are honest and thorough as they needed to check the auto to be sure they could do the work before scheduling an appointment and did this at no charge. We dropped off one night to assess then picked up the next day and scheduled the appointment to get the work complete. The process was easy and carefree. The facility is clean and nicely decorated for Halloween and they also have craft items and treats for sale at the front desk as well.
