I have had to pay a heavy CRA fine as a result. They avoid taking any responsibility in the matter nor have offered any compensation 30 days after I brought this to their attention. Their internal controls were sloppy in my case because they mishandled my file, and I was fined by CRA. I would not recommend these folks to anyone who is looking for a responsible, accountable accounting firm. I wouldn't go near these people with a 10-foot pole.
