My insurance sent me to a glass shop in Watertown that was horrific and could not do the job they claimed they could do. My insurance then sent me to J& T Auto and I was hesitant after the horrible experience I had at a different glass shop. I drove down from Ft Drum to this shop in Syracuse and the I was immediately impressed with the professional and attention that I received. They were able to replace my windshield though it was no easy feat do to the massive size and weight of the windshield. They completed the work a day prior to their estimated completion. They did a fabulous job and I will continuously inform anyone that I meet that needs a windshield or glass replaced especially in an RV to go to this shop. I would drive all the way from California to J & T if I ever need any work done again that's how amazing they are. Excellent service, quality and price I actually just had my…read morewindshield replaced at the 917 West Genessee St. location but he did mention that he's in the process of moving, just give them a call at 385-7031 or 329-9244 and I'll meet you or tell you where the new shop is; I believe the confusion was is that they work by appointment only and he often has to travel outside of his garage to fix windshields that can't be moved so he's not always at the shop I rarely get five stars, but Jammie the owner went above and beyond he even repaired the strip molding along the side of my car (I was playing to fix it myself) which was certainly not what I hired him for and he did not charge me extra! All he said was is that he has stronger glue then you can buy at most auto stores so he just felt it was the right thing to do I'm very happy with the work he did in the price he charged and I strongly recommend him if you ever need any glassware
