There is free coffee for waitrose customers (waitrose rewards card) and there is also a café on site with both indoor and outdoor seating. Our regular choice is : 1-the crispy peppered tofu (is packed with flavour, crispy and mouthwatering delicious) which has crispy onions, peppers and chillies and has a little heat. 2-the vegetarian hoisin "duck". The "duck" is the tofu used for inari sushi but fried until is crispy. It reminds me of crispy chicken skin . It is served with freshly julienne cucumber and leek, the rice paper pancakes and hoisin sauce. 3-chips. They are golden, crispy and delicious. We also got offered some complimentary veggie spring rolls which were very tasty and well received. They accept card payments and contactless (AMEX included ). The team is very quick to prepare the meals fresh to order. We drive from Malvern to the restaurant to get our food. 100% will be ordering our next Chinese from this establishment. I went back to the shop and informed a staff member on the checkout till about my trees. He told me that B and M policy does not accept returns on plants. This was not what I expected when I returned to the shop since I was not aware that 'No Return' policy was applied to this product when I paid for it. It's always a risk with dry-rooted trees, I have bought some on eBay and one of them [Nectarine Patio tree] failed so, when I contacted the seller, she immediately replied to refund or replace the tree. I choose to have it replaced at next growing season. Needless to say that my opinion of B and M is disappointing in this case.
