I found Alycia via Yelp (+ google) almost 2 years ago. After reading the reviews and her website, I…read morefelt connected to her style and message so I contacted her for a phone consultation. I generally have a tough time expressing myself in conversation but I immediately felt heard and understood by Alycia. In just that short phone call, I felt more relaxed and confident about my decision to work with her. I came to Alycia with career goals in mind, but with the awareness that there were some deeper personal issues that were blocking my progress in this area. Alycia's style really fit with my personality. I'm trained as a Counselor and have used traditional counseling before but never with the success that I had working with Alycia. I liked that her method included pre-session homework assignments (journaling as well as lifestyle) that really helped me get to the root of what was keeping me from living an authentic life. This left my mind and heart much more open and prepared for Alycia's gentle & intuitive guidance into even deeper areas that I needed to explore. I don't know how I would have gotten through that moment in my life without her (probably still stuck in the same place). I was hopelessly blocked from my true self when we started working together. At the end of the 3 months I felt armed with all the tools to guide me to my next steps confidently. I'm writing this review today, a year and a half after finishing my work with Alycia, because I recently went back to all of the pre-work I filled out before our first session. I looked through my goals for my work with her and realized that everything I wanted for myself has happened. It doesn't look the way I imagined it would look at the time, but I'm exactly where I need to be and where I said I wanted to be. Amazing. I'm so grateful that I followed my gut and chose to work with Alycia. If you're reading my review and you got all the way to this paragraph, there's a reason. If you're ready to live a life that comes from your heart and feels good and "right," set up an appointment with Alycia and get started. I remember being so scared of spending so much money, but now I'm here on the other side saying: It's worth it. Investing in yourself is worth it.

I have just finished working with Alycia and the experience was so beneficial. She was a patient listener and challenged me to reach higher for the changes I wanted to implement. I would recommend her services.

I needed help preparing our small apartment for the arrival of baby 2. Hilda helped turn what would…read morehave been a very overwhelming task into an enjoyable one. Using the KonMari method, we decluttered and organized one category at a time. I am so grateful to have found her! Each time she came and left I felt a sense of accomplishment and relief. And was able to enjoy my space and feel that much more ready to welcome baby. Her gentle listening approach also made me feel a complete partner in the decluttering process. For each possession type (clothing, toiletry, food, paper, sentimental) we took everything out to be sorted at once. We sorted into categories to keep, to keep for a limited time, to purge/give away. She even went the extra mile to bring some items to the thrift store for me, with my consent, so they wouldn't just sit in my entryway waiting to leave. Overall I grew in my ability to consciously consider the possessions I bring into my home. A must for those of us trying to live in small spaces and with a positive benefit to our mental health, and bank account. I was able to release gifts that had been given to us, but were not sparking joy, without guilt. It helped me clarify how to ask for/decline gifts or even useful items people wanted to pass on, but I didn't love or need (especially with kids, this happens often). It even affected my purchasing habits, as I was more aware of how a "good buy" is not really a good buy unless it adds value to the life we intend to live. If you're looking for a coach and partner in tidying/decluttering, look no further.

I live in a small place and limited storage space is always a problem! Hilda helped me to…read morede-clutter in a way that resonated with my desired lifestyle. She even asked me to write out the vision of my ideal lifestyle and whenever I had difficulty letting go of some of the things I still wanted to hold onto, she would remind me of my vision and ask "does it spark joy for you NOW?". She then helped me organize my place so that all my cupboards & drawers were not only tidy & pleasing to look at but easy to find what I wanted at the moment. By the end of the process, I had such pleasure just being present in my spacious place and everywhere my eyes rested sparked so much joy! I am so grateful for the Konmari method as Hilda showed me not to keep my precious things in cupboards & storage boxes to bring out for special occasions but use it now as every day is special especially now that I'm a senior every moment counts! Thank you, Hilda, for your loving patience in motivating me to make my dream lifestyle a reality and in the process making the tidying-up experience such a joyful journey.

I started working with Lucas almost year ago because I wanted to step up and be more confident in speaking in public. My heart would pump out of my chest at my nerves. Now, I've got 5 speaking engagements across the USA at large marketing conferences that I'm really excited about. A month ago I won the Internet Masterminds award for best speaker. It's not just the training that's been amazing, but also the connections with really great leaders and entrepreneurs that have been so valuable. I definitely recommend.

I should start this review with a little background. I'm in the food service business (catering to…read morebe precise), and let me say that despite great and faithful service to a long and cherished client, you're really only one moldy pickle away from complete and utter annihilation... So enough background, I met Lucas of 'Level Up Living' by chance in an elevator. It turned out we were going to the same business establishment. He was on a sales call, and I was in full damage control with a basket full of mea culpa sandwiches (see above background statement.) He asked me how my day was going, and for once I dispensed with the usual "fine" response, made a play for honesty, and said "not fine". "Actually, I'm stressed, and having a fairly crappy day" is what I said. I should also add a soupcon more background info and mention I'd just gotten off the phone with my wife and business partner who'd told me two key staff members quit after getting into an argument on how to cut a sandwich or some such nonsense. Anyway, this is the best part, as we leave the elevator Lucas says "I can help you with that" and proceeds to give me a lesson in breathing techniques to reduce stress - In through the mouth (not the nose) and into the rib cage (not the diaphragm) out through the mouth. Also, put your hands behind your back, interlace your fingers, then push you arms away from you to drop your shoulders. I'm not kidding when I say it took Lucas only 45 seconds to completely alleviate the ball of stress I was carrying around - imagine what he could do in an entire session. Also it must be said that for an individual to offer such helpful advice for little more than a roast pork sandwich (I gave him one) imagine what he could do if you paid him! I'm not sure if we'll ever win our client back (moldy pickle aside), but I'm grateful for what I learned today from Lucas of 'Level Up Living" I'll put these simple techniques into practice for years to come. I hope he liked the sandwich.
