First off, the seats are incredible tight and small. They also have these cupholders that make it all worse. If your waist size is over 40, you are going to be very uncomfortable. In fact, depending on how much over 40 inches you are, you may not fit at all. There is at least a decent amount of legroom and the seats are cushioned but they are quite narrow. On the plus side, you can go down to the floor and easily get within a few feet of the stage. I have some incredible photos of bands like Better Than Ezra and Theory of a Deadman where I am right next to the singers and they make eye contact and often shake hands with the crowd. It's a great place to get a good view of some performers. The floor itself, though, is not entirely flat. You can feel these bars underneath where a grid of some kind runs about 12" wide all down the floor. It's just enough to fit your feet between, but makes for a really uncomfortable experience if you get stuck with the divider bar under your foot. I guess it is retractable or something? It feels really strange, like the floor itself is not thick enough and you can feel the supports underneath. If you have the casino perks to get free tickets here, then by all means go check it out. Otherwise, you will be paying top dollar for a short show with tight seats and a funky floor. You'll at least get some good photos, though.

The seats are comfortable and have ample leg room (I'm almost 6 feet tall). You can purchase drinks and concessions upon entering and the staff has always been extremely helpful. If attending a show, get there early if parking at the Beau. Traffic in the garage gets quite hectic close to show time.

Now let me explain who this hotel is perfect for. If you like animals especially peacocks...this place is perfect for you. If you like dead fly's in your tea....this place is perfect for you. (They have tea and cookies at 4 o' clock everyday. We were super excited except when we got there the cookies and tea had just been sitting out. I was so excited for the juice that I failed to look at it before drank it. Then i realized there were dead flies in both punch bowls. I took pictures but i'd rather not creep you out. Our shower door was broken. There was a wooden table and chairs. Its just not what you expect when you come to a hotel. I expect luxury and what I got was a room from 1890. Sunday Brunch is actually what Plantation is known for. That was probably the best part of our whole stay at the hotel. It was a breakfast buffet which included eggs, omelets, bacon, sausage. (the norm) But it was actually pretty good. I can't complain about that part. This hotel is actually in close proximity to the outlets if you want to go shopping and about 15minutes from the casiono's.
