He doesn't advertise that he does more than that, but as we talked, he mentioned other skills he had. Rob ended up acting as our general contractor and tackled a full-scale transformation. He removed old cabinets, built new walls, replaced all interior and closet doors, installed luxury vinyl plank flooring, created custom board and batten from just a few photos, handled all new trim work, removed and rebuilt soffits, repaired and installed drywall, and even removed a dated popcorn ceiling and refinished it beautifully. After I accepted his bid, he started work the next day and completed the job in about 5 days. There was a small misunderstanding on what included but we worked it out. He doesn't usually offer warranty on this work but he was wiling to give me a warranty that we both felt was fair. As an out of area homeowner, it's difficult to manage contractors but fortunately I have a discerning tenant who keeps an eye on things and really has an interest in making sure the work was done nicely so that she has a nice home to live in. When the job was completed, we were happy with Tim's work. He did everything he said he would do! Although it's too early to know - I hope the paint will last me a good number of years. I am giving Tim 5 stars for his customer service and quality work.

I texted the owner photos of my fireplace, indicating the work needed and I never heard back from Him. Today,I was ready to take the project back on and was highly recommended to this company by google not knowing that I had contacted them in 2025. Zsolt contacted me this evening advising me that he had heard from me in the past, therefore was not interested in doing business with me. I asked him why he didn't want to do business with me because google had highly recommended him for the type of work I needed and he just said for me not to contact him anymore. To be honest, my feelings are extremely hurt that an owner of a business would respond that way without giving a reason. I let Google know that OLT does not do fireplace work and I do not respect any business that responds rudely for no reason. End of story.
