I called H&M after getting a flat tire and the place I…read morebought my cart from telling me they wouldn't be able to tow it or service it for a couple of weeks. Josh towed it the same day, was very responsive and let me know the tire I thought I needed was not the right one. He said he could order one, but because of it being the week of Christmas, it wouldn't be in until the new year. He told me if I could buy one elsewhere, they'd be happy to put it on for me. Amazon had the fastest delivery time, and they arrived on my doorstep at 11:30am on Christmas Eve. Knowing H&M was closing early at 3 for the rest of the week, I called to see if there was any way they'd be able to squeeze us in. By 1:30 that same afternoon, we picked up our golf cart after paying a very fair price, just in time for Christmas. Josh and his team allowed us to be able to take our family visiting from out of town out to look at lights and went out of their way to not only be super communicative in the process but to make the fix for us when they could have easily said we needed to wait until next week. Highly, highly recommend H&M and will definitely be buying our next golf cart through them.

Six months ago, I bought a car from Frontier Motors in Pensacola. The battery failed the other day…read more It was diagnosed with a dead cell. The battery is clearly from Battery Source and was clearly within the two year free replacement warranty. I took it to the store on Nine Mile Road in Pensacola. The manager there informed me he would not replace it; that the best he could do was give me a discount on another battery because I could not show him proof of purchase. I asked to see that policy in writing and he could/would not provide. He was very matter-of-fact about the issue and dismissed me by saying he had other customers to attend to. He advised that if I could show him something from Frontier that verified the purchase, he could assist me. I went to Frontier Motors to see if they could dig up such documentation and do you know what they did? On their own volition, they replaced the battery. So in the course of one hour I got to experience the low (Battery Source) and the high (Frontier Motors) of customer service. Two thumbs up to Frontier and three thumbs down to Battery Source.
