I dropped off a cylinder head for a Honda for service in November of 2023. I was told it would be completed quickly. It is now February of 2024 and I still haven't received it. Nobody answers the telephone there,I have to drive out there to check on it . Twice I have driven out there to find no work has even been started. This Thursday I went to just get my cylinder head out of there and the owner swore to me "come back tomorrow it will be completed " I returned the next day(Friday) no one was there.I still don't have my cylinder head. on march 3 2023 I brought a bare 6.2l block with only the crank still attached. The only service that was needed was for the block to be re sleeved and two pistons ordered. today is Dec 15 2023 and not once has he contacted me about any progress on my engine. If it was not for me physically going to the shop to check for myself I would not know anything. the parts that I brought along with my block are still sitting in the same spot on the floor by the front counter collecting dust and rust. I paid my money and would like some urgency or actual genu care when it comes to my service or I would like to be refunded my money. It sucks paying a car note on a vehicle you can't drive especially when the hold up isn't your fault. money isn't a issue,so I do not see why my services has taken this long. read more
