When I have a problem, he is on top of it immediately. For a monthly retention fee (not expensive), he keeps my computer running beautifully. He is able to monitor what's going on, e.g. he knows when my internet is down. He has wonderful suggestions that strengthen my credibility with my clients. Cloud storage, access to my files no matter where I am or what computer I'm on as long as I have internet access. He is full-service. He can offer you internet, etc. and you only have to deal with him, not those big corporations (AT&T, Cox, etc.). He even helped me figure out that someone stole my checking account information and set up a PayPal account. He was on the phone with me and PayPal and took care of business. I can't say enough good things about Robert. It's not just about repairing a broken computer/laptop, but keeping you up and running so you don't experience down time and don't have a broken computer in the first place. He is proactive, responsive and always professional. My clients appreciate when I tell them I have IT support and their information is secure. They are reassured when I say their projects are always backed up and I will never lose anything before a deadline. If you are an independent contractor who relies on your computer, call Robert. First off, the ambience of the store is really nice and clean-- they offer test strips for each cologne you'd like to test and keep the counters clean. Also the chandeliers on the ceiling really add a nice touch to the atmosphere. Danny, the owner of the store, really knows how to welcome his customers and give insight on what colognes he thinks would be a perfect fit for what you'd want-- if you ask him for something fresh, simple, and good for all-around, he'll show you something you'll be walking out the door- satisfied. Danny keeps has a great selection in stock- as well as keeping his stock in check. Prices are competitive compared to other stores in the area, and you know you're getting the legit deal. As far as I can tell this is a relatively small, locally owned and operated business which is a huge plus for me. In addition to supporting the little guy, I like to know I can talk to the man (or woman) pulling the strings if I want/need to. Unfortunately, at the time we did the original installation, I was not aware that they do all kinds of commercial AV design/install and I ended up using an even smaller company for our Boardroom AV integration. Basically this other company I used was 2 dudes and then they split and there was one dude and two years later I can't find either one of them. ComSatAV is a small biz, but they are established and won't disappear on you a few months after they do your install. They have a lot of established big companies as customers. Today I called them about coming out and fixing some of the stuff the other guys screwed up. ComSatAV will get all my new business now that i understand the scope and range of the services that they offer. I have spoken with both Jonathan Feld (Founder) & Michael Barthel (Lead Technician) on multiple occasions and each one is both knowledgeable and personable. The Office Manager, Danielle, has been there since before 2009 and she is exceedingly friendly and professional. We've maybe had to contact them once a year since our install and she actually remembers us each time. What else can I say. Use these guys. You won't regret it.

Within 10 minutes Jonathan called back. I described my problem and situation to him and while they usually cater to businesses he agreed to help me out. An hour later Jonathan and Michael arrived and jumped right into it. Despite symptoms they almost never see, they fixed me up pronto. These guys know what they are doing including using some custom designed equipment which really helped get to the bottom of the issue. Besides that they are nice guys.
