To a female to get initial evaluation. I talk to her until about 3, then I'm told to wait in the lobby for Dr Mobley. I wait until 4 and I addressed the front staff about being slightly agitated that I'd been here so long and folks showing up after me are being seen. She contacted Dr Mobley and around 4:30 I was called back. Took about 30 minutes and I was out of there. Wasn't a bad doc, just needs to get time management down.

The young girl…read moreup front is rude, they had my xrays at another office so it delayed getting adjusted on my new chiropractor when I moved to another city, and whenever I'm waiting to get adjusted, it takes about 10minutes to wait, 10min stem cell, and 5mins to be adjusted. I always feel rushed out the door. The worst part is, after I went somewhere else, I realized Dr. Wetherington was adjusting my lower back without ever having taken xrays in that area, which could have been really dangerous.

In this current climate it's not outrageous to wait 30 plus minutes to see your physician, but I've never experienced that here. I've arrived at my scheduled time and even a few minutes late and I'm called to the back no more than 15 minutes after I've walked in. Two words that I'm sure the ladies will understand - gentle hands. I've recommended Dr. Jackson's office to several girlfriends because of the level of care I receive. I finally went to their facility in person and got two appointments scheduled. The gal looked at my phone calendar appointment info and confirmed it was correct. I came in today and the same gal said my appointments were at different times and locations than what she previously had confirmed. Boy, did she want to argue!! I repeatedly said I did not want to argue, but she was aggressive and defensive and extremely unpleasant. I do not recommend this facility. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I am in so much pain!
