My car has been off the road since July and when I took it to the shop they told me there is over $4,000 worth of issues without the labor. With all of the fixable issues aside, the first mechanic I took the car to found bondo on the frame of the car which is covering up a crack, meaning Car City sold me a totaled car. Currently, no mechanic will touch the car because it is a potential liability and even if they corrected the underlying issues the car would still be unsafe to drive. When I confronted Car City about it they refused to compensate or try to fix the issue. Instead, the representative I spoke with hardly listened to what I had to say and failed to grasp the importance of the conversation. They continued to tell me that they would make a trade for my car ONLY if I bought a $15,000 car, which is way out of my price range. So, here I am currently stuck with a giant paper weight that I still owe $7,000 on. If you are considering buying a car from this location or any Car City I would immediately reconsider. I would not wish this upon anyone.

The carts have always been in clean, excellent condition. They let us down this year July 25-August 1. The car is dirty with dog hair stuck to it, windshield is dirty inside and out, the dash pockets have sand in them, the right side mirror is missing, the rear view mirrors inside the cart were completely smeared with something that looked like sunscreen rendering the mirrors useless, and the two front tires look like racing slicks. It appears that the car was picked up from the last renter and delivered to our house without any inspection, tire maintenance, or cleaning. I believe that some cleaning supplies could be on the delivery vehicle. I admire anyone that owns and operates a business. I do the same. But the art is in the application. I hosed out the dash pockets, cleaned the windows front and back, cleaned the rear view mirrors. Then a neighbor came over and yelled at me because there is a water use ban. Thanks guys.....
