I have lived here for quite some time and I've never really had complaints about this mall. It's great for teenagers, kids and young adults because of all the stores available tailored to them. I don't find this mall trashy in any way, if you want to see a trashy mall go to Port Charlotte. We all expect big grand things in Naples and I do think the food court needs renovating. However, as a whole the mall is clean and they can't control people hanging around. The mall is a common meeting place for teenagers and why not let them live their lives. Unless they were to be causing trouble which I haven't seen there before. If you want something special do NOT shop here. Go to waterside or 5th ave. We all need to remember and understand that online shopping is taking over the chain industries. It's harder to find people to help you because there are less jobs in stores like Macy's/Sear's/Dillard's. read more

This mall is so dirty , bathroom smell really bad and no soap they mix the soap with water I think , is always hot and the tables at the food court are filthy a few times I have seen roaches so that makes me think how are the rest of the store here , really poor management of this mall , this is why people don't come here anymore . They need to replace the owner or manager that run this mall. read more

Extremely trashy mall. Lots of people just hanging outside. The stores are all chain stores and nothing special. My entire family felt VERY unsafe going into this mall. My wife and I went to buy the last few things on our register for the wedding. We were buying the 6qt mixer...waited around for the staff for about 25 minutes as she help another customer but never called for additional help or even said hello. My wife ended up find the last 6qt device without staff assistance. Macy's is Macy's but the assistance was 3 star worthy. read more

Went to have a fun afternoon with my son and grab a bite to eat, we sat in front of Charlie's in the high chairs and as I was eating a huge roach ran across the table and when I looked down to the floor I saw 3 huge dead ones . I could have barfed!!!! We threw our food away and went to eat somewhere else. They really need to work on cleaning and fumigating because its disgusting!!!! read more

This mall is small with not much of clothing selection. I've seen a lot of great stores come and go. Customer service varies from each store. Renovations to expand and add restaurants/shops was great if they actually stood in business long enough. The cleanliness of this mall has declined in the last year. We saw dirty bathrooms with food and toilet paper on the floor. The food court gets loud and busy during lunch hour and the food selection is... okay. I wish they had a salad/wrap place though or more of a healthier selection of food. But what really turned me off was to the huge roaches we saw in the food court. I almost died! Ughh!!! read more

Honestly, you can't go wrong here! I'm from Miami, so I know where to shop. People in the stores are awesome. Sales associates are very helpful--it's like a different level of people compared to Miami people. People are laidback and want to actually help you if you're lost or need help. I like Coastland Center here in Naples, FL. It's located a little way from downtown Naples, and has many of the standard mall shops I've come to know and love. Hello Macy's! Oh hey, L'Occitane! Victoria's Secret, how you doing? And when I'm feeling like getting a one-time outfit I stop by Charlotte Russe, Forever21, or H&M. It's a great place to walk around in. They have some pretty good smoothie places, and a Starbucks there too, although when I tried their chai latte, it was so unflavorful I had to ask them to make it again. The food court has many options for varying tastes, but to be honest, I've never eaten at it simply because there are so many surrounding great places to eat (Hiiii, Jimmy P's!). I think overall, it's your standard American mall, without flare or Lululemon, even though it's located in Naples, FL. If you're looking for the niceties of life, waterside shops in Pine Ridge has some great shops (including Lululemon), 5th Avenue downtown has some expensive places (oh hey White House Black Market), and the Miramar outlets have everything you could possibly need. read more

Absolutely love this mall, I actually drive 40 miles to come shop here I love the H&M their Victorias secrete always has the biggest selection, Francesca's always has good deals, and the food court has many choices! I love taking the kids there to play and it's close to cheese cake factory, the location is great! read more

So very disappointed in Sears at the COASTLAND Mall in Naples! We purchased a Craftsman Shed back in December, the 15th to be exact. We were happy to see that there were 4 in stock and that they had available for pickup and were waiting for the pickup email within a few days. Not the case at !!! It's been over a month and have contacted several representatives there with basically lies and runarounds .. we've also had to pay $149.00 to store the items that we had purchased the darn shed for!! They don't seem to care about their customers anymore which is a bummer considering how Sears was once a go to place. We've also just found out that we now are again going to have to to pay an additional $149.00 for yet ANOTHER MONTH TO STORAGE!!! So not only will they of had our full payment for our Craftsman Shed , they've also now caused us an additional $300.00 .. I'm sick to my stomach and busted flushed money that wasn't intended nor could we really afford to do!! How come I'm not being taken care of? And why is it also so darn hard to get ahold of anyone at Sears, and when you do and leave a message it never seems to get to that person!!!! There's one good part of my review though because after several attempts of calling and leaving messages we're doing absolutely nothing I dragged myself to personally find a solution and ended up in front of a young man in customer pick up by the name of Andy who genuinely is a team player !! He also didn't even hesitate to do whatever channels he had to to help me.. I think that Sears really needs a OVERHAUL and should have a store full of employees like Andy who I feel actually put himself in my place!!!! Thank you Andy !!! Your a Teamplayer and you aim to please and should be recognized for your efforts!! Back to the shed , now the new date is another month and seems to not be a big deal on their part costing us additional monies and the horrible inconvenience and unwanted stress that they've now caused us!! I considered purchasing a picture with the Easter Bunny but I wanted to visit with the bunny first to make sure my 5 and 1 year old wouldn't run Screaming but I'm happy I didn't because the woman standing there "policing" us as we had our visit was awful. Literally picked up my phone because it was ringing she yelled at me that there were NO cellphone pictures allowed. What a disappointment. Aren't Floridians supposed to be nicer than New Yorkers? Not much variety. Small mall with a few activities for children. Crowded on the weekend but mainly dead during the week. It's next to the school so when school gets out after 3 so there's a "student rush hour". For some reason little kids love to come here. There's a inside play area next to the food court for the small kids but for some reason the big kids play there too running around and into the younger ones making them fall. As far as shopping here I usually come to hang out more then shop. read more

Do not shop Aldo stores. I was a frequent shopper at Aldo in Naples Florida at Coastland Center until an incident happened which was never taken care of by the manager, regional manager, or customer service supervisors. I made a purchase at the Naples store in April 2015. The sales associate (Helen) asked me if it was going to be debit or credit. I said credit, she took my credit card out of my hand, turned it around to look at the security code numbers on the back and then handed the card back to me and told me to swipe it. I swiped my card and completed my transaction. The next morning I discover over $800 worth of charges for games and teenage products hit my credit card. With Aldos' being my last charge activity on my card that I did, low & behold when I contacted my credit card company they told me it was definitely processed along with my last purchase. The little sneak of a sales associate Helen, who I NOW find out used a fake name....her real name is Jessica, stole my credit card information and went to town herself and charged over $800 worth of items on my card. I reported this to the store manager and regional manager. After not hearing from anyone regarding this matter for the past month, today (5/15/15) I called the regional manager, Mike Venditto (sp), and he told me there was no way the store credit card machine could have been hacked. Hey Mike.....it wasn't the machine that got hacked, it was your lying employee that stole my information. Mike, she even used a fake name.......what kind of an employee is that? NOT a trusting one. So if you think I'm going take this discourtesy of your egregious lack of integrity, you have another thing coming. I am extremely angry that not one ounce of courtesy was given to me in return for this outrageous act of fraud at your store. I will continue to defame your name.........Aldo. I am a full time resident and business owner and will not put up with this kind of consumer disrespect in our beautiful Naples. read more

I really enjoy this mall. Plenty of great choices in terms of stores. Very clean and upscale. I come here often for my shopping needs and I don't have complaints. The mall can get crowded on weekends and during season. No different from any other mall. Still a top notch mall I enjoy shopping there. read more

Went to Sears to get some light bulbs and they don't carry them. What the hell? What kind of hardware store doesn't carry light bulbs?

The mall stores are fine and all but never go in Zumez again. I had a bad experience with customer service.

The owner of this mall "andy"a big guy wears glasses harassed my boufriend and i at the mall and lied. he asked if my dog was a service dog and then called the police. asked my disability which is illegal. then when the officer arrived he said "they're cursing and lying about who's dog it is (girlfriends or mine) when it's our dog (he seems like an air head). He marked us as trespassing because he had nothing else to mark as as and put "cursing" as the reason not allowed back on property. The cop was very nice and told us it was a "chicken shit" reasoning why the guy made the "trespass as cursing". One, he has no right to ask my disability hats rude and against the law. then he had no reason to make us leave so he randomly adds cursing on my property. he had everyone starring and asking questions. This place is horrible and frankly it's segragation Since it's private property he is allowed to consider anyone trespassing. so if he didn't like an african american or a latino or was sexist he could just ask you to leave and make up a reason. I would bring this up and make it known. This is messed up. read more

Saturday 2/25/17...Went to Macy's at Coastland Mall in Naples, Fl.. I live here full time and frequent this store... I'm well aware that it's Season and nerves can get frayed... I was at the Jewelry counter with the intent of buying a gold chain... I asked the women if I could see one that was hanging there.. She was rude and had a really bad attitude .. She clearly did not want to be there... Rude! Than walked over to fine jewelry and wanted to look at the chains there.. The woman assumed I knew the difference between gold.. She quoted me at $130.00 for the chain than said oops I calculated wrong it's $145.00 after I paid.. left there stopped at the men's fragrance to get samples for cologne for my husband asked if they had samples he could try... the lady was rude, short and said no..... we don't . So three ladies who clearly hates their job...Also, this attitude was witnessed by other women.. Seriously considering if I'll be back .. Time to clean house Macy's read more
