I came into this office with recommendation from my dentist seeking expertise to treat my root canal infection. I was seen by Dr Wainstock who was very attentive. He was able to explain to me my options after careful examination of my dental issue. I was referred to Dr.Weinstock by my dentist,. First, let's talk about the easy booking, and the communication! I called on Monday to book for a consultation, They were able to see me Tuesday!! Yes , the next Day!! I skipped the retreat with Dr.Weinstock because I had 2 prior with my dentist and requested to just go straight forward Into surgery and have the infection removed. And they were able to Book me for Wednesday! ... Second , I walked in with pain, uncomfortable and my gums were sore and pain to the touch. And I was having this lingering headache. Dr.Weinstock performed his surgery and 45 mins later everything was GONE!!!! My head ache GONE ,the soreness and pain GONE, infection GOnE! From the 1st initial visit and the next one, every one is polite , very informative and the Dr's bedside manner was great. He answered everything, and made me laugh a couple times. I had a really bad infection on a chipped tooth resulting in root canal. My face was completely swollen and I was in a lot of pain for about a week. Just 12 hours after my first visit, my swellings had gone down significantly and my pain was gone. The novocaine shots were painful but the doctor was able to administer them in a gentle way where I didn't feel the pain for long. This was a really uncomfortable situation but the doctor was able to make me feel much better in a timely manner. I would highly recommend here! read more

My root canal resulted immediately in an abscess of the tooth , which was extremely painful ! The tooth was removed! Another consequence of this procedure is Trigeminal Neuralgia ! One would expect that all Dentist know that after 65 this is a side effect of prolonged and extreme jaw opening. Could an eight minute water flush of root added to the usual procedure cause this ? All I know is that I'm still in pain ! Also a very costly experience. read more

With the unfortunate luck of needing a root canal (and somewhat on short notice), Dr. Weinstock and his staff were super accommodating. I'm an anxious dental patient with some regularly noted challenges of having a small mouth. Not that a root canal can be enjoyable, but compared to my fears and expectations, I was pleasantly surprised. It was quick and without any unnecessary pain. Had a great experience cwith Dr Weinstoffck and his staff! Everyone was kind, accommodating, and professional throughout the entire process. We also have a similar taste in music (CCR, Beatles Stones, Allman Bros just to name a few few classic rock artists) which put me at ease in the chair. You can tell he and his dental assistant have been doing this for a long time. He didn't have to ask for anything - they were completely in sync with one another which also kept me at ease - their experience with one another is abundant. He also used a relatively new state of the art "Gentle Wave" device that uses sound waves and fluids to more effectively reach deeply into the canals. By getting into the smallest crevices of the tooth, it removes all bacteria, infected debris, and inflamed pulp that other systems/approaches cannot reach. Lastly - there was no pain whatsoever! I've had a root canal before that seemed hurried and was excruciatingly painful. Not the case here...I'd recommend anyone in need of endodontic care to Dr. Weinstock at Cobb Corner! read more
