Since it is so hard to get our son asleep, we just flipped the mattress and slept on the back of the mattress with the sheet from our son's bed. We got up in the morning and went to tell the office. They had someone check it. He was wearing gloves when he felt the mattress. He said no it's not wet. He wouldn't smell it when we asked.

The linens are sparse, dingy, coarse, stained, and threadbare. Carpet is so nasty it turns feet black within minutes. The bedspreads and mattress pads obviously had not been washed in quite some time. The "full kitchens" include neither garbage disposal nor dishwasher, few utensils, few dishes. The pictures of room on their website are extremely outdated. The WiFi is hit or miss. The manager is nice; she agreed to have the carpet cleaned in my room. Unfortunately, all that amounted to was going over it once with soapy water then leaving it to dry (with sticky soapy water on it). It helped but only a little. The "hot breakfast" is not-so-much---the only things hot are coffee and a crockpot full of re-heated gravy. The only thing this place has going for it is it is the ONLY lodging in Andrews that allows pets. The fact that I had my pet with me and we're far from home for a job is the only reason I stayed.

There was no check in paperwork or anything left out for us. Absolutely horrible. I have never seen this level anywhere at any level of hotel. Traveling from west toward Dallas, we needed a place after stopping at Carlsbad Caverns. Summer…read morerates & occupancy can be tricky for a last minute reservation. All hotels in Midland/Odessa area were asking close to $400 per night! Not here! It was closer to $100 & we've never gotten such a lovely welcome!! Prompt friendly check in, complete with lemonade & cookies. We inadvertently showed up on a Wednesday which meant dinner included! Margarita hosted all guests (5-8 pm) at the managers reception with her home cooked chicken tortilla casserole & a piping hot pot of delicious rice!!! And beer or wine included! Ooookaaayy! :) Then to our clean, quiet & spacious room. The extra space & fast internet was much appreciated. We slept great on the comfy beds & woke up to a FULL breakfast (included). These folks really try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. And it was a blessing to experience. We'll always stay here when traveling through west Texas.

My husband and I always try to book hotels that have suites so we can both sleep comfortably. Usually, one of us ends up on an uncomfortable sofa or sofa bed. What a great layout and concept to have a bed in each section of the suite! We each had our own king size bed in our own space so we both could sleep comfortably. Will definitely be staying again on return!
