Coccola is known in Darmstadt for serving interesting ice cream flavors. They feature new flavors every day, which is cool. When we arrived there was a long line. We waited about 30 min so I had high hopes. We got the honey/sage ice cream which was quite good. The cherry chocolate was horrible, we tried to pass the cone between us to get rid of it as fast as possible. Had hardly any sugar and was just not good. The chocolate was pretty good and the blueberry not so much. The wait time was ridiculous. They had one woman scooping which is crazy considering its spring. The ice cream was ok, nothing to rave about. I guess people like it because of the exciting flavor combos but the ice cream itself is not the best consistency.
