Basically they ring a Bell every 5-10 minutes and they come around with different options. You can choose to put it on your plate or pass, and if you take one you keep the toothpick to measure how many tapas you've had at the end. Each one costs between 1.6 and 2 euro depending on the size of the toothpick. You can also order from the menu if you prefer.
