The salon is bright and breezy inside, despite the outside impressions. It is well equipped and well maintained. There is limited parking across on the street, but this can be full most times. There is additional pay and display car parks within walking distance. I find the stylists quick and efficient, and the prices are excellent. They include you in conversation and readily offer tea and coffee. I usually can get an appointment with in a quick timeframe, which is better than other hairdressers in the area.

Anita does cuts, colours and styles, and offers excellent value for money. I find Anita is warm and welcoming, pleasant and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. I also have friends that have been there and praised her services too. The salon is bright and easy to access, and there is parking available on the street outside. Booking an appointment is usually quite easy, and appointment times are quick, not a week later!

I took the hint and sat there awkwardly while he cut away but what made it even more awkward for me were his random bursts of singing-out-loud. He was very odd and I wished I had booked someone, anyone else. I would also like to add that I arrived 15 mins early to my appointment and Rob was 15 mins late so I waited half hour before my appointment slot but he made no effort to at least introduce himself, explain he is running behind when he was clearly aware that I was sat there waiting for him - I saw the receptionist tell him twice. In most salons I have been to if a stylist is running late, they have the courtesy to come over, introduce themselves and make apologies. Rob clearly lacks the professionalism and manners of a senior stylist and does not make up for it in hair cutting skills; On the contrary I had a mediocre haircut which could have been the results of a lower level stylist. I regret coming here and would an explanation from the staff why their top stylist is such a rude person.
