I explained that one of our companions had to drive all the way to Manila and needed to eat, and politely asked for any recommendation so they could at least have something quickly. Instead of being apologetic or helpful, the staff member was arrogant and made it seem like it was our fault. To make things worse, when I asked for the manager, he refused to face us even if we could clearly see him from afar. This is hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. Disorganized, unprofessional, and downright rude. If you value your time, your money, and basic respect as a customer, avoid this place at all costs.
