I came here during my lunch break to get my nails done. They were pretty quick and friendly. While getting my pedicure done they had the massage chair but the weird thing was the water didnt bubble. Every nail salon I go they have the water bubble where your feet is. Also, I got my manicure done and they didnt give a massage while i was drying. That is my favorite part of getting my nails done. Prices were good but tip only in cash. They talked a lot to their regular customers which was nice. However, my sns manicure barely lasted a week! I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure, and it was cheaper than other places too. I walked into this nail salon expecting a nail salon like any other. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and hello's. I instantly felt welcome. There was no wait- it is Tuesday morning- and I was so happy because I was short on time. While here, I noticed that every customer- both regular customer and new customer, got the same treatment. Warm smiles and warm welcomes, I loved it. Anyway, I got a Mineral Spa Pedicure ($29) and let me tell you- I definitely felt relaxed after this pedicure... good thing too, cause I'm about to have a wisdom tooth pulled In all seriousness, it was the perfect combination of hot towels, massages, and hot stones. For all the negative reviews, the price of gel is standard $25-$40 anywhere you go. That said I have been going to Coco for 2 years and LOVE IT! They're always super accommodating and my nails always come out great. I work in the city and usually get my nails done there but this salon always does a better job. I've never felt rushed, and have never gotten a bad manicure/pedicure! The girls who work there are beyond friendly. Also I went during the deep freeze last week and they gave me a hot towel wrap in plastic to put under my coat. Some of you have to remember it's a business at the end of the day. The designs are also sloppy, and they were rushing even though we had plenty of time. they didn't even finish the base properly, so you can see my nail. My girlfriend got her nails done here an hour ago, they were really rude, did a horrible job on executing what she asked. Insisted they knew what they were doing when they clearly didn't know shit. Just an overall horrible experience for her. And all for the price of $120, and if i'm being honest the job they did wasn't worth even $1.20 cents. If I could give 0 stars I really would. I have never left a nail salon crying because of how horrible the experience was, from them fucking up my nails, to the price & the actual workers. Everytime I tried to express they weren't doing what I wanted they would practically tell me to shut up and start laughing in my face. I really don't understand how they have customers but I just know that I will be letting everyone I know how shitty this place is. She messed up my nails twice which meant she had to redo it and then she put nail glue on me towards the end and I pointed that out and she kinda brushed it off. Amazing. I have been coming to this nail Solon for year, both with the old owners and the new ones now. The new owners have taking this Solon to an amazing level. They are so friendly and polite. Soyna, one of the people who does nails is amazing, she remembers what the customer likes. I go once a month and get a Gel fill in and a pedicure. There points program is amazing, 1 point for every $7 dollars spent. Fill the card and get a free Spa Pedicure. The owner Jo-Ann, is amazing she does right by her customers. I had a nail break one week after getting it done, and she had it fixed for me at no charge. There is always ample parking out front. They take appointments and walk in's all the time. They always have classical music playing and never rush you to get your nails done. I have brought other friends with me and now they are regulars as well. read more

I started to write this review and it accidentally got deleted and here I am writing it again which goes to show how passionate I am about this. I went to this salon to get a mani and pedi for my sisters upcoming wedding. I called and booked an 5pm appt and asked if they were able to do an all white pedicure and french ombre nails to which they said okay. I arrived and asked them again (showed a picture) to confirm they can do it and they said no problem. I get the pedicure done which was very mediocre compared to my usual spa. Now on to the manicure FOUR people worked on my nails and no one could get it right. FOUR, I was in the salon for over 2 hours! All they had to do was say they couldn't do it and it would've been fine. Please see attached for what I asked for vs what I received pictures. This is not a joke. The owner I believed named Sonya admitted that the work was horrible (she's the one who did the actual painting) and that she wouldn't charge me expect for my toes. Next thing you know I am being charged $39 for my nails and $18 for my toes and I am still being asked for a tip. A TIP!!!! She started to say she wouldn't charge me for the ombre part. Not to mention she had gotten up from doing my nails and locked the salon door with me inside from the inside and out and the salon was now closed. I arrived to the salon at 5 and left at 7:30pm. The entire experience was stressful, a waste of money and a waste of my time since i had to get them redone for the wedding. read more

I went in to get a gel manicure soaked off and a new coat of gel applied, I also asked that she fixed a nail that broke and was short. She seemed friendly and offered a solution. At the end of the process my bill was $40.00, I asked how could that be when she originally told me before I sat down $25. The woman explained that to take off the gel was $10.00, and to fix one nail was an additional $5. Although I think $5 for a fixed real nail is crazy I told her I would pay for the broken nail but refused to give the additional $10 take off fee. I've been getting my nails don't for 35 years and I've never been to a nail salon I didn't like. What's not to like, right? This owner couldn't get any cheaper if she tried. She wanted 10.00 for the gel callous remover. The place was freezing. No heat. The setting on the foot dryer was cold but I thought after the first few minutes they would set it to warm. After 10 minutes, my toes were frozen , I asked if they could switch it to the warm setting and everyone was afraid to talk! I asked the owner and she told the Spanish girl to help but the Spanish girl looked at me and shook her head, trying to tell me, no warm setting. Sooooo I ask the owner again and she said the other lady will help you. Seriously? They rushed me out so quick and there was only one other lady there. The place was so quiet- owner too cheap to even play music. Ughh Don't waste your time. Getting your nails done should be relaxing and comforting. You ll freeze your lil toes off here! read more

I accidentally discovered this nail salon while dropping off something at the dry cleaners a few stores down and I'm so glad I did. The space is clean and relaxing and the staff is accommodating and friendly. For example, the staff remembers my manicure/pedicure preferences and the manager reordered a nail polish color after I requested it. They also have a loyalty card (you get a free spa pedicure after you complete a card) and there's usually enough parking in the front lot. read more
