I really appreciated that she checked in several times throughout the haircutting process to make sure that it was coming along exactly how I wanted it. She even added a few extra touches, like putting in a little extra shine serum(which smelled like fresh strawberries and champagne-LOVE!). The price of my cut was very reasonable and nobody tried to push me into purchasing extra products or services, which I've experienced at other salons (and which pretty much ensures I don't go back). This month I had a wedding on April 11 and I went to do a manicure two days before at the 8th , they did a manicure (jelly) and pedicure jelly too and removed my mustache total $95.00 plus $10 as a tip. The first time I went they did a bad job at jelly French manicure within two days one of my nails got chipped and I went back two days later and they told me to come to the next day and the lady was not nice, I decided don't come back but I made a big mistake and I went again because I wanted to give them another chance and I shouldn't. My nails started chipping in about two days, I was very busy I couldn't go back sooner, but when you do the check in they send you a message, so I messaged them let them know about the lausy job they did but they didn't reply, I got really busy I couldn't go right away but the finger nail polish was falling like she just did a basic manicure but I asked her ( the owner) I wanted a jelly manicure and I paid for it $45.00 I have couple years doing jelly manicure I used to go with a lady that do a good job and last me untill I decided to have new color sometimes last a month and the polish never come out, this time come out very easy, so either she didn't do jelly stuff as I asked her or the owner didn't prepare the finger nail right or something happened because I'm about two days stared peeling off so I went to talk to her and she was just stared to do a manicure for a client and I explained to her when she sent the lady to wash her hands I was nice at that time but the owner had and actitud and told me to wait for her I thought ok I think she is understanding what is going on, when finally she finished after about 40 minutes she told me she couldn't do anything, really lady! You told me you couldn't do anything after I waited 40 minutes why she didn't say it before when I just came in and I explained to her. I felt insulted no body does that and I don't understand how they do a bad job and I saw people coming in all the time, made me believe that because I'm Latina it's why they treated me like that and they don't care the quality of service latinos get. I just saw another bad review but in that case the lady is Afroamericano. Anyways I feel sorry for people to get bad treatment from them they don't deserve our business, when I was living I told the owner written a review and never came back and she told me she won't appreciate my business too and I didn't look back but I heard a loud noise I think she shouted the door as soon as a leave because we were standing close to the door, she is rude she doesn't deserve any business. Was nice as she was getting a mani and me a pedi, so they put me on the end so we could talk. Staff was friendly, gave a great pedicure, salon is small, very well kept/clean and was nice because they spoke English the whole time. Additionally they didn't try to up sell me on every little add on for a pedicure and they take credit card!! Most nail places around town are cash only, but it was nice as they are not. Only knock is the location. During the time I was getting my nails done they had 2 random people come in asking what time it was. When my friend and I went to leave the workers had locked the door. Not sure if it was for safety or if they were just booked and not taking walk ins. 100% will be going back
