And it has been almost as long that I offer their treatments to my loved ones through gift certificates. I usually go to one of their beauticians (Aurore) but I have also had treatments with another one and I have been delighted with the results each time. The rooms are quite small but comfy and the atmosphere is soft and relaxed. The treatments are thorough, the body and mind come out refreshed and renewed and the next appointment is generally on the agenda before I leave. I highly recommend this place, which is as discreet as it is worthwhile. Les cabines sont assez petites mais confortables et l'ambiance est au bien-être. Les soins sont complets, le corps et l'esprit en ressortent remis à neuf et le prochain rendez-vous est généralement dans l'agenda avant de partir. Je recommande hautement ce centre, aussi discret qu'il est bon. Un diamant bien caché!

When I inquired regarding the payment itself and shared our emails (with the promised price) they stopped replying.... Nice customer service folks : ) Keep up this behaviour and see how it turns out. Never going to them again - avoid at all costs

After waiting 2 or 3minutes, the nail tech said she could get me started but if the 5pm client showed up, she would have to pause my service and take the other woman who was now almost 20min late for her own appointment. I asked how long the other woman would take and she said 20-30minutes. I let her know that doesn't make sense to me and canceled my appointment. If someone is over 15min late for their appointment, why on earth should they be allowed to interrupt mine? I even offered to just wait until 5:30 but the woman informed me that if the other client showed up after 5:30, she would still pause my service and take her. Bad policy in my opinion. The photos online look like good work but I don't want to go to a place that would give priority to someone who doesn't respect their time or mine.
