They do bring out little crunchy snacks and a cup of water, which was a lovely touch. The doves are big fans of the snacks...one jumped onto the table to try to get them.

Can't help but feel that all the pizza/pasta joints in Centro Storico along Spaccanapoli are tourist traps. So frustrating. The "lasagna" was initially served cold. It was already dried to crap at the edges and definitely not even close to the pictures. If Temu sold lasagna, this is what you'd get. My spouse said it tasted like Michaelina's. Gross. Pizza not worth it, tasteless sauce. They serve stuffed crust style here, but it only makes the flavour more dull. The most boring pizza we've tasted yet in Italy. At least it wasn't greasy, but it was mostly cheese, very few other toppings. You might not even get the pizza you ordered, which we witnessed happen to multiple guests. A capricosa pizza showed up at our table, when I had ordered a diavolo. They took it back no question, but still. Total waste of money, time and appetite.
