Just a few hour after this procedure around 18:00 I had a very serious allergic reaction, which resulted in my eyes swelling, redness, extreme pain, and blindness. Due to the extreme pain and inability to open my eyes, 111 send me to the local hospital in Bicester, where the doctor confirmed that the procedure that was done by Strand Nails in Oxford was done in a careless negligeant manner, which resulted in glue getting into my eyes, and causing an allergic reaction. The doctor requested me to go back to Strand Nails asap to have the eye lash extension removed, and to make a complaint, which I did on the 7.8.2018. However, I requested my money back, but this request was denied.

Multiple times I got burned by the electric filer and my toe started to bleed. The overall experience was painful and far from a relaxing pedicure experience. In the end I was made to pay the full 45 pounds (even though my feet were bleeding and painful). The pedicure was not worth the price at all and the workers/owner were rude and aggressive. Really unhappy with Strand and will not return and would not recommend!
