When everything started to go I called them multiple times for help. "Sam" said he'd ask "the other guy" and get back to me. They never did, even though I called several times and even stopped by in person. THEY KNEW ALL THIS WHEN THEY SOLD IT TO ME (and if they somehow didn't, they have no business selling anything!). My bad for not checking the gasket at the bottom, but there's an expectation of quality assurance when a business is selling an appliance for over $300. Will NEVER buy there again, and won't recommend anyone else. Go to Second Chances, Ron seems like a stand-up guy -- he's not a slick salesman, and he knows how to work on the machines he sells.
