She said the sign says all sales final and there wasn't anything she was going to do. I told her the sign also said it was permanent jewelry and that she is falsly advertising and she didnt just said well there isn't anything to be done. Wouldn't recommend at all. Disappointing.

We found Lisa's service via an internet search and decided to call on a whim because we needed a "deep cleaning," which Lisa advertised for. She showed up at the appointed time and proceeded to clean for 8.5 hrs. She brought her own supplies. She said "I'll have this place looking brand new" and boy, did she ever. She did an absolute phenomenal job, we did pay her a little more because the job called for it. But, we're not disappointed! Worth every penny.
