I was bringing my dog to a different location for grooming, but I learned that the groomer had relocated to this location instead. After calling, I was informed that he had moved again to San Dimas. While I appreciate my groomer, the distance to San Dimas is too far for me. Because this location was so helpful in providing information, I decided to try them instead. This location's proximity is ideal. I was pleased with my dog's grooming. Upon bringing my dog home, I did make minor adjustments to the top sides, as the center was slightly lower. Will I return? Absolutely! I will simply need to specify my preference for a consistently rounded head shape. However, I do miss having Isaac groom my dog; his work resulted in a perfectly rounded head shape from the crown to the nape of her neck. read more

My two girls came out better than any other groomers I have taken them to! The coast is fluffy and even. Prior to take the girls, they asked important questions such as sensitive skin conditions, bumps on the skin that they need to be aware of. This is super important for one of my girls because the previous groomer shaved into her coat and scraped the blister on her back badly. Zuri got bathed & brushed. They did a very nice job. The salon is very clean. I just wish they have the grooming area visible to the public because I've seen too many abusive groomers on tiktok. I've taken Teddy to Petsmart and other mom-n-pop groomers before and I like this place much more. My dog has never been injured here, so that is always a win in my book. Also, I always get complimented on how good my dog looks long after he's had the grooming session, which is always amazes me. With that said, I did get sticker shock when I saw the bill afterwards. I took my dog here for grooming and had an okay experience. I provided two reference pictures and asked for their recommendation on the length. While the head matched the picture, the body and legs were cut much shorter than expected, making the overall look feel disproportionate. On the plus side, there were no cuts or injuries, and the grooming was completed within the estimated three-hour timeframe. I also appreciated that they followed up afterward to ask for feedback. began visiting here in 2021 to have my dads two tiny dogs groomed but their customer service and attention to detail has drastically decreased over the past year. My dad's two dogs were hurt during their haircut on their most recent visit here which had happened once before but no one says anything when you pick up your pet. A few days later when my dad brushed one of them on the back he felt a hard, grainy, spot on the dog, takes a closer look, and finds scabs under both their bellies, around their legs and on their necks. I gave Cody and Miley a call but the guy on the other end was neither helpful nor contrite. He said he wasn't sure how this happened and asked me when I would like to schedule the following visit. When I contacted Cody & Miley about my dad's dog's injury the first time, the person on the phone was also unaware of how it had happened. My dog always feels at ease coming here! I've been going to some dog groomers and they've always done a messy or choppy job with Mochi's haircut. I've found out about Ironmaya during the pandemic when I was told that this was their other location, which is sort of closer to me too! They mentioned that they increased the prices here since the last time I went, so it was $55 for a 13 lb maltipoo! Walking in, I love how peaceful it is haha. Also, the aroma and scent they use in their lobby makes you feel at home and so welcomed, love the little details like this! This place is also very clean, so it makes me feel like I trust this place a lot. Mochi wasn't too afraid coming in here either. He was trembling a little bit cause he knows he's about to be dropped off, but he didn't feel as nervous as like going in to the vet. Isaac did a wonderful job and Mochi only seems to like him. This would have been my second time coming.
