The staff are friendly and professional, but, it would appear, are often busy with paperwork! The store is clean and well laid out, so it is easy to find what you're looking for.

Gone are the days when New Look was a tiny little store in the middle of Lowestoft-now it's moved…read moreacross the road into a big, wide open store and is all the better for it! The clothes are well laid out, so it's easy to get around the store, even if you have a push chair. Jewellery, underwear and shoes are located at the back of the store, behind the 9-15 section. There is always a good sale going on, and constatnly a good few offers! The changing rooms can be a little cramped, depending on which one you're in, but they are a lot of them, so you rarely have to queue.

Located right the in heart of Lowestoft, this is a well established store which has been in the…read moretown for over a hundred years. It is opposite Bakers Oven, and near Boots and New Look. The store sells high end clothing and accessories, and also has a Bay Trading section located on the ground floor of the store at the front to the right as you walk in. There are stairs and escalators to take you to the upper floors, which also have home wares, and a cafe at the top-but the stairs leading to this are narrow, as are the escalators.

The staff are dedicated and polite, but do perhaps chat to customers too much when there's a queue forming at the tills! The food hall is well laid out, but is often busy, so harder to navigate around. There is parking at the back of the store, although this is very often full, especially after 11am on Saturdays. It is 50p for 1 hour, £1 for 2 and so on. There is often a parking attendant on hand, who keeps things running smoothly.
