Coeur de Filet established in March 2003, by Giovanni & Michael Bolognesi, restaurateurs for many years in Tenerife and Sweden. This is their latest work at the prestigious Playa de Fañabé in the south of Tenerife. The restaurant is a stylish and accommodating eating place, where the cozy atmosphere and the friendly staff produce some of the best dishes to be enjoyed anywhere on the island.
The top class kitchen produces dishes influenced by Italian, French and Spanish cuisines, and reflects the quality expected from its owners. "Coeur de filet", French for "heart of filet" gives you a clue to its speciality, filet. Be prepared to spend some time over the wonderful descriptions of all the available dishes on offer, and then finally decide on your chosen meal for the evening, knowing that you must try some of the other dishes on another visit.
