So unlike other places that usually stack pancakes and then put the topping at the top, this each layer has the filling, so each layer of the salmon pancake has cream cheese and salmon. The halloumi and avocado as well as the hummus were layered in the stack so every bite had something in it. The karak latte was also very good with a smooth flavour. I appreciated that they could make it with alternative milk since most places I've been to that serve this will only do it with dairy. Bez Konceptu makes incredible lattes and cappuccinos topped with beautiful artwork, iced coffees and teas with fresh mint or fruit in the summer, and recently added chai lattes to the menu, which I missed dearly from home. The cheesecakes and sandwiches are fantastic (the triangle with egg, cheese and special sauce is one of the best hangover cures I've found!) and they are all homemade daily. On top of all this, they are the friendliest staff imaginable, always greeting you with a smile even when every table is full and there is a line out the door.
