Just a short walk from union square. If your not a walker or used to hills, this is an easy trek, with only one medium hill by SFO standards. This coffee shop was a true gem. Lots of locals visit here. The staff was friendly and the store was very clean. I ordered the coconut vanilla latte, a store specialty, and while I rarely order flavored syrup coffees, I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor. It was light and smooth. Not overly sweet and let the flavor of the coffee beans shine through. The crema was smooth and very good. The froth had an perfect silky texture. A perfect first cup of the day to compare others by. I have also tried there decaf cappuccino and iced latte both are really good. Also, I really like the cup size it's serves the perfect amount of coffee nor too big nor too small. Always a favorite. The coffee is high quality and everybody is super friendly. I like the cappuccino with almond milk, a red eye with a double shot and the seasonal pumpkin latte is so much better than Starbucks; it doesn't taste like chemicals like the PSL. I feel like I go here every day almost. I also really like how fast they are and that they don't charge you extra if you have a double shot in your drink. read more

I pass this spot on my way to work all the time. The coffee is great and they have a lot of really amazing breakfast and lunch options. As well as some great vegan items. The chia seed pudding is delicious, I love it. But the most amazing thing they have are the breakfast tacos. I think there are four options but I always go with the Sprout. So good! (Note: these are only available on Tuesday and Thursday and they sell out quick.) The staff is also super friendly and efficient. And they even remember my drink which is above and beyond. Since this place is in the financial district it is not open on the weekends. Parking is extremely difficult here since it is the financial district. Beautiful new location for the Coffee Bar group. Situated next to 555 California and a lot of big offices, it's a wonder there wasn't something here sooner. Not really a place for sitting down for coffee. It's designed for people coming to get their quick fix and get out but it's the best quality coffee in the area. I also recommend the kale juice. Service here is super amazing. I love love this place and it will be now be my go to spot for my daily drink runs. The staff here is super nice and accommodating and the drinks are fantastic. I ordered a plain steamed 16 oz oat milk and it was perfectly streamed and served with a smile. Anne was esp helpful to get my pregnancy cravings satisfied. I've had their coffee in the past but being pregnant has forced me to cut back on my caffeine intake and up my milk intake. I'm allergic to almond milk and I try to avoid soy milk because of all the estrogen and GMO. They serve quality Oatley barista edition oat milk here. You can now also walk in from the sidewalk since it's a giant floor-to-ceiling opening when they're open for business. There's a step down as you're walking in, so watch your step! Hello Monday morning coffee need! Stopped into this Coffee Bar location with some coworkers after a long weekend in need of a bit of caffeine to jumpstart our week. The staff was super friendly and the line went quickly. For a lil mom and pop hipster shop, we got our drinks extremely quickly. A couple of our orders included the hot chocolate, chai tea latte with almond milk, Havana coffee and Vietnamese iced coffee. All were enjoyed although the only suggestion is that the hot drinks be hotter. Will definitely recommend to those in the fidi looking to shake up that Starbucks and Peet's order! Caramel latte, my love, we meet again! The foamy top is just too irresistible for a sweet morning wake up call. That is my absolute favorite, followed by the drip coffee and Havana latte. I'm used to going to the location in FiDi, but noticed this convenient location a few blocks from my workplace. Without having to wait much (when I'm running late), this is the spot to hit up for me! The interior is amazing and the speedy service is a huge plus! There are intricate coffee bean plant decor along the shelves as well, adding a touch of artsy feel to the coffee bar.
